A real estate client of mine closed on a home last week and a couple days ago had his sewer lines back up. He was told it was root damage & could cost $ 15k+!!!
The seller has this issue in 2009 and had a sewer line ‘sleeve’ installed by Mr. Rooter to prevent future root issues. They gave a 25 year warranty for their work.
I called (praying hard) that they would honor that warranty for my client. They came out ASAP and said they would fix the problem and honor the sellers warranty on work done!
I’m happy, my clients happy and I just wanted to say Mr. Rooter did a great job!!! Please give them your business if you’re ever in need; they really guarantee their work!

Great Customer Service! Technician was knowledge and performed his job great! I live 35 miles away from Chico and the price was extremely reasonable!
