Peterson Stephen D MD

I have seen both Dr. Peterson and Debbie for as long as I can remember, and they are both great at what they do. I prefer Debbie though because she seems so super attentive and caring — seeing her is comforting like getting a big hug from your mom. I also really like most of their staff, but I take away 1 star because the male receptionist is always super rude and acts like you’re inconveniencing him when you interrupt his chit chats to make him actually work.

Someone I know has been going to this Dr. For over 25 years without having been sick. Once she fell ill the doctor and his staff had no time for her or her complaints.

The Peterson’s; Dr Steven and his Physicians Assistant wife has been treating my prescription drug addicted mother for over fifteen years. I have gone around and around with them about how my mother is a drug addict and needs help. Their answer is to give her more meds… the most recent ER room trip (incoherent narcotic episode — NORCO) for my mother led to phone calls to their practice. After mentioning my brother is a law enforcement officer and we need to address my mothers drug addiction my third phone call (in three days) was returned.
I’m of the opinion that Debbie is in as much denial as my mother, justifying the liberal prescribing of pharmaceutical drugs.
Dr Peterson in over fifteen years has never returned my phones calls, despite having a signed medical release to discuss my mother’s health care.
It is my opinion that the Peterson’s practice a form of drug therapy, with little patient follow up or oversight. I requested they join our family in a drug intervention and they declined.
So hey, if you need to find someone to prescribe you… look no further!

This is a great doctor’s office. The front staff are always friendly and helpful. If you have something wrong that needs to be addressed right away they will get you in the same day. No long waiting room wait times. I have been going there for about 4 yrs and have had one time I waited over 30 mins, usually like 5 – 10 minutes. Deb is an amazing person — she is kind and very caring. She listens and takes time to sit and speak to you. Dr Peterson (her husband) is a nice man as well. I don’t have much to say about him since I always see Deb but once I saw him and he was very nice. I originally started seeing them when my work was right up the street from them. I now live 1 ½ hrs away and I still go to her! You find a great doctor and you stick with them! By the way, there have been times I have had lapse in my insurance and they saw me at a discounted rate since I was self pay. Great place– :)

Loving caring doctors. Very patient and understanding. I recommend them to anyone.

Only go to him and/​or his wife (who’s also his nurse) if you enjoy being belittled, patronized and disrespected.
