Pyramid Farms

There we were, on tiny Little Corn Island, Nicaragua, diligently working our way through every $ 2. rum drink on Casa Iguana’s happy hour menu. We struck up a conversation with our bar mates re preferring the local brew over the wine which we imbibe at home, leading us to «Where was home?» «California», was followed with more wheres then meeting Matthew from Pyramid Farms in Chico. We heard rumors about his sweet, organic carrots and after rallying with him on his home turf, we can attest, «Those aren’t rumors, they are the absolute truth.» These carrots are palate pleasing in their naked glory!
