Worst massage I’ve ever received!!! My husband had same experience. We had a couples massage with 2 young girls. Very green massage therapist. Had virtually no technique. all she did was dig where she found tightness over and over and over again! Had a 90 min massage and she worked on neck and shoulders almost exclusively. Way too long for one part of the body. Fearful I’m going to be in a lot of pain by morning. No flow to her technique at all. I have never left a bad review but felt this instance called for it.

I was in town for the Chico stage race, a 2 day bike race and scheduled an impromptu massage Saturday afternoon. Debra worked her magic for 1 hr on my tired body. I asked for 40′ on legs and 20′ upper body. Her treatment was spot on. I’d highly recommend Debra to any athlete.

Had both the floatations and a massage, superb! I liked the float, but I could say that not everyone would. You are definitely alone with your stressed out body and racing thoughts! It’s dark and virtually soundless. I was shocked at how swiftly the time passed. Then the massage by Alicia was fantastic.

A huge thank you to Alyssa for my awesome deep tissue massage last night. I’ve been having hip pain for weeks. No amount of stretching has helped. I feel so much better today after an hour massage lastnight. I still have a little stiffness in my hips but it’s at least 50% better than it was. Thank you!

I’ve been to Renew Float Spa twice; once to buy gift certificates and the other time for a 60 minute massage. When I came in to buy the gift cards the gal behind the desk was super nice and really organized. She offered me water or tea while I was there! Services were explained and she was helpful in determining the best package for my guests.
The following week I came in for a massage with Cheri. The facility is clean, organized, and nicely decorated. Cheri came in wearing brightly colored leggings and had a really kind, gentle personality. She asked about my pain issues and got to work. Her massage exceeded my expectations.
I will definitely be back for more massage– I also might treat myself to a spa service. Fair price, good people, good feeling. Online booking makes it easy to search for services and appointments.

So happy, seems things are running more smoothly. Massages here are great and I’ve tried other places but the masseuses here really know what they are doing. Alyssa and Erica would have to be our favorites as far as pressure and technique. So happy the booking part finally meets the same expertise as their masseuses. We will be seeing you soon

I received a gift certificate for a 90 minute float and 60 minute massage for my birthday. I decided to trade my float for another massage as I get claustrophobic easily. They only charged me $ 21 extra to do so.
This was the best massage I’ve ever had. I think changing my float for a second massage was a great idea! I’ll definitely be back.

Ok, so this was first time going here and I made an appointment for couples massage. I’ve been to other masseuse and thought they were great until I came here, amazing results of relaxation and all above after. I have chronic illness So I tend to get really sore and unbearable body pain, I almost was ready to decide on pain meds to help but I am extremely happy I came here first instead, which I will be coming more often in the future when needed. My masseuse was Mah, and she is really sweet and amazing, as my bf got Kayla which he said she did great as well. Also the staff and everyone is very friendly.

Came here for a couples massage on my birthday. The staff were very easy and flexible when making the appointment. I unlocked a free aromatherapy with checking in. (I chose chocolate!) the staff were polite and friendly and I was able to get a nice discount for working at enloe as well as it being my birthday. The massage was wonderful and my boyfriend and I really enjoyed it. We sprung for the 90 minute massage. Definitely a great place for a high quality massage. Will be going back here!

I’ve been coming to Renew Spa for a couple years now, and I love it. I get my waxes done by Elizabeth and she’s the best I feel so comfortable around her and with out a doubt she makes the experience so amazing. I’ve also had more than a few massages from a few of the therapists there and they as well were just as great and on the very rare occasion that any of my massages were not 100% they always make it a point to make my next experience worth it. I’d recommend this Spa for anyone as well if you are looking to give a gift to someone!

What a great experience. I had an appointment for a deep tissue massage. I was lost and they gave me great directions to their location. Upon my arrival they were so nice in offering me tea or water. The ambiance is so calming and relaxing. My deep tissue was amazing. Definitely felt my muscles relaxing. I will definitely be back to try the float. Thanks for a great first experience. I wish I asked for names but everyone there was just genuinely nice and sweet. Very accommodating. Great customer service.

I booked a couples massage here for Valentine’s Day and was extremely impressed. We were given mimosas while we waited, and I got a rose when we left, which was a really nice little touch for the holiday. The treatment room was nicely decorated and the massage table was incredibly comfortable. The massage itself was amazing — and my boyfriend really enjoyed his, as well. The price was very reasonable for the quality of the spa and massage — I would usually pay double that in the Bay Area. I will definitely come back the next time I’m in town.

Had my second bikini wax of my life and was pleasantly surprised. The wax used is a type that literally peels off, no muslin strips involved. Yay! The pain was greatly reduced. Relaxing atmosphere, super clean and sterile environment. Definitely made a «spa» girl out of me!

I come here for both my Brazilians and massages, and they both get 5 stars in my book. Elizabeth does my Brazilian wax, and she’s great! She’s fast (I’m usually in and out in about 20 mins), thorough, very clean, super sweet, and it’s relatively pain-​free (or as pain-​free as a Brazilian can be). Before Renew, I had gone to many different places to get waxed looking for the right one, and now I’ve finally stopped looking!
As for the massages, I’ve been to a couple different massage therapists here but I typically go back to Erica. They are all fantastic and I’ve been happy with every massage here, but Erica is really good at working the knots out. I highly recommend this spa!

It was the first time when I tried deprivation tank. I’ve had a great experience and enjoyed it a lot. The lady at front desk was super nice, very helpful and answered all of my questions I would definitely recommend this place for flotation therapy to everyone.

What a find… I found this establishment while searching for a floating facility in the Chico Area. Not only did we float, we got massages and an Ionic Foot bath that was nothing other than amazing!
The Massages were incredible as was the foot bath… it’s amazing what toxins are removed from your body with the Ionic Foot Bath.
The floating was amazing also… it’s a pitch dark sensory deprivation tank that lets you float on top of the water and relax as you NEVER have before in your life! In the total darkness and without sound its just you and God… unique opportunity to meditate in this environment with total peace and silence!
Do yourself a favor and book the float and massage if nothing else… you will be glad you did… the day after I have had more energy than I have had in many months if not years!
