AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was recommended to Safelite through my auto insurance, Farmers. I got a next day appointment between noon and 5pm. I received a call at about 11:45 from John saying he would be here in about an hour so between 12:45 and 1pm. I got here a few minutes early and was very pleasant! He did an amazing job fixing the chip mark in my windshield (I CAN BARELY EVEN SEE IT!!) AND after he had left I got into my car to find a note saying, «I vacuumed your floorboards and cleaned all exterior glass because I care about my customers!» WOW! My windows and floors of my car look awesome! I was needing to do that too. THANK YOU JOHN WACH! You are awesome :)
