Worst delivery service ever! I will never shop at Sears again because of the service I received at this store. Purchasing a new washer and dryer was worse than buying a new car. Would you like to add this and this and this, ridiculous. On the day of delivery 3 guys show up and it was like a race to see how fast they could get it in and get out. I purchased braided hoses for the washer which they would not put on because they didn’t come with the washer. Connected the gas line for the dryer without putting tape on the fitting or checking it for leaks. The vent hose was to long so they told me I had to fix it, excuse me but I paid for installation! Both washer and dryer were left about 2 feet from the wall and neither was checked to see if they worked. No explanation on anything. After complaining to the store they said they would send a tech out to check everything. 2 weeks from purchase to use is not service. I will pay my $ 2400.00 charge in full when I get the first bill and send it back with the credit card. I do not recommend this store for any purchase, and this is exactly why Sears is going downhill.

Last two times I have come in have been a horrible experience .
A few weeks ago I came into to buy air filter and water filter for a fridge I bought at Sears. When I walked in 5 people working in the appliances department looked at me and didn’t acknowledge or offer to help. It took about an hour to get my parts .
Today I went in on my lunch and they had one cashier he called several times for help and no one came. Shouldn’t have to wait long

Sears! Electronics prices kick butt. I love all the cool stuff I have bought in the past

Just your typical Sears. Good for tools and other items like that. Decent prices on electronics.

It is Sears. They are declining, and not what they used to be. Sears was once a great cornerstone of this country, but like all things, it is dying out.

It is an average Sears, a little small.
