Make sure you read reviews for Cronic Disaster Services because Cronic owns and operates the ServiceMaster franchise. Unfortunately you end up dealing with Cronic primarily which is problematic. There are some nice employees at ServiceMaster but unfortunately Cronic is who you’ll likely be dealing with and that is a nightmare — which is why most people complain under Cronic but come in under ServiceMaster.
