Spirit Halloween Superstore

Solid selection of costumes, both modest and skimpy. Lots of accessories, make up, decorations. I like the layout of this store as well. Way better than their competitors in town.

These people are very rude. I asked them if i could exchange my daughters halloween costume for a smaller size and she said do you have a reciept and i said i have a copy on my phone and she said nope have to have a reciept. So i called spirit halloween’s 800 number and the guy said that they obviously werent following policy because they could have asked if i paid with a card and then looked up the last four digits of the card number to find my recipt. Wow. Thanks. I will probably never shop with spirit halloween again because even the spirit halloween store in lincoln’ over charged me by 40 $ and im still waiting on the refund… (after i went back into the store for the rxchange… after i talked to the guy on the 800 number… they changed their attitudes and were nice thats why i gave them 3 stars)
