My best friend recently had her wedding at the Arroyo Room. Excalibur Catering took care of all the details; Sandy was a great cook and the quantity was full… anyone that wanted seconds could have them. Service was given with a smile. The tables were beautiful with floating candles and fresh flowers that were included in the catering. The security was very helpful in getting our stuff down to the cars after the wedding reception. We all highly recommend them! The old vintage building is so charming.

The price for the arroyo room is hard to beat, the price was right using excalibur catering for the arroyo room too. that was the only reason we went with them, other than you have to use them if you want to use the arroyo room, they should reconsider that. the owner of excalibur is tricky. Make sure you save all emails, ask the 100% right questions. And don’t count on anything she says on your first visit. They are also in charge of cleaning the arroyo room before the event, there is proof in my photos that they don’t do a good job. Our wedding was beautiful and fun at the arroyo room, but planning with sandy, the owner of excalibur was difficult.

If I could give this place zero stars I would.
The woman who runs this place is extremely rude, I would stay away and look for another hall if you could. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Nice venue, historic building. Food was OK. Parking is a problem and staff was a little difficult to work with.
