As a new mom, The Nest & Sara have been a great resource for me. I have gained many friendships and much needed support from both the Baby Café & the Mother Strong groups. I wish I would’ve known about Sara as a doula before delivering my daughter. I would not hesitate to use her if we have another child. She is knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive & fun and would be a great person to have by your side as part of your birth team.

The nest has been a huge part of my life since my daughter was born. I have been attending the mother strong support group for a year now and it has offered me such support when I really needed it! Sarah is an amazing woman and educator, she was not my doula but I would not hesitate to higher her for a future pregnancy. We also regularly attend the baby café group and I love the casual gathering! I have referred several friends to the nest and would recommend anyone who is pregnant, a parent or looking to start a family to check out the many offerings that the nest has!
