Chris’s services are incredible. He has excellent customer service, got my HUGE desktop PC back to me in just days after it had been stuck in a very irritating boot loop. If I had gone through best buy, they would have charged me $ 200 and wiped my computer bye bye programs and music and movies. Chris moved everything to an external for me and even left my program icons so I knew what I had before. He also has EXTREMELY reasonable prices. I was expecting to pay at least $ 150 but for my particular situation he charged me less than half of that. I truly appreciate Chris’s services and would recommend him to anyone needing computer repairs.
ALSO HE IS OPEN ON SUNDAY. FUCKING NOBODY IN CHICO WILL FIX YOUR COMPUTER ON SUNDAY EXCEPT CHRIS.

I had a laptop for about a month. My daughter got ahold of it and broke my screen. I had taken it back to Best Buy, where they had me send it back to Geek Squad HQ in Kentucky. Where it was there for about two months and was going to cost me about $ 400-​$ 500. They called me back and told me they couldn’t fix my screen… Told Chris about it & got it back within two weeks. Perfectly fixed. No problem AND he explained EVERYTHING to me about it. Where as Best Buy & Geek Squad couldn’t! It ended up costing me $ 75! I also had taken in my Kindle which he fixed! I couldn’t be more happier with his business! Super friendly, down to earth. All around great business! Would definitely recommend him to everyone!
