White Ranch

I absolutely LOVED White Ranch. Donna is SO helpful, always prompt when replying to emails, and seriously cares about each and every bride. The venue is gorgeous and the family is constantly adding little improvements throughout. Be sure to check out the borrowing room!

Where to begin…
This venue is absolutely gorgeous! The owner Donna White is such a kind and genuine lady! She really helped my fiancé and I out with advice and support when we were in need of it! I highly highly recommend this place. On site they have a beautiful willow tree, huge pond with a water fountain in the middle, playground, covered reception area for hot days, super cute shabby chic bar built in and a great dance area… and so much more. This place has it all, and the owners, again, are great to work with! It’s important to trust the people who are running your important special day!

I recently attended and helped coordinate a friend’s wedding at the White Ranch… wow, what a GREAT venue!!!
The grounds are beautiful, lush, green, gorgeous… but I have to write my review about the AMAZING help that we got from Donna and Tom White, the owners. They loaned us all of the below, which we forgot to bring, or didn’t have and needed:
Corkscrews
Salad dressing (which the caterer forgot to bring)
Super glue
Cake plates, forks, and napkins
They were SO friendly and gracious, didn’t make us feel bad for asking (we felt like idiots, believe me!!!), and were as helpful as can be. They were there when we needed them!
I would so highly recommend the White Ranch for your wedding. The kids had fun, the adults had fun, even in 106 degree heat, it was a memorable, fabulous occasion. Thanks, White Ranch!!!

My daughter just got married at White Ranch. It was over and above all my expectations. It is a magical, romantic, beautiful spot to have a wedding. Casual but with so much class. The grounds are impeccable. You can’t help but fall in love with the owners. The minute you meet them you feel like you have been friends forever. They truly do want your day to be special and they do everything they can to help. We are so thankful to have found The White Ranch.

My husband and I were married in April of 2011 at the The White Ranch in Chico. From the day we took the tour of the venue, Donna White, owner of the ranch was extremely helpful, nice and truly cared what the bride and groom wanted for their big day. Anytime we needed to come to the ranch to look around and brainstorm about where we were going to put things or simply bring family members to look at the site, she was always welcoming.
The day of our wedding was the best day of our lives. The place was absolutely gorgeous with so many different flowers and greenery. They have a big playground for kids of all ages to play on and a built in dance floor. They have different areas on their property that the ceremony can take place… we chose the grass area in front of the Weeping Willow.
Overall, The White Ranch is an amazing place. I strongly recommend this place to any bride and groom looking for a place to make their wedding day a magical one.

I got married here on 09−19−09. Very pretty, well worth everytrhing, romantic setting, fairy tail like. Very friendly owners. Cannot stress enough how pretty this place is or how great & wonderful the owners are. If you want a romantic outdoors wedding hold it here… there is a play ground for the kids to keep busy on, lots of wonderful picture spots, I fully agree with the review from Chelsea M. She summed it up in the best words possible!

I was recently married at The White Ranch in May 2011. It is the most magical place to get married. The entire evening all of my guests commented on how beautiful the grounds were kept, the lovely flowers, and the private location. Everyone wanted to know how we were able to find such a lovely place for such an affordable price!

The White Ranch is the most beautiful wedding venue i have ever been to. It is a ranch which is like an oaisis and the owners are this couple who are the sweetest people you will ever meet. Their house is above the ranch and the ranch itself is filled with bright green grass, gorgeous plants, amazingly colorful flowers, a large pond/​lake with a beautiful weeping willow tree which comes out from the water and hangs over a walkway onto the grass, so you can walk underneath it. There are fruit orchards and two beautiful Spanish donkeys who are warm and loving. This place is like heaven!
