I’d say a 3 is generous. About the only thing good is the residents. The management is the worst or at least it was a year ago. Sad because they used to be one of the best facilities and now they are the worst. I worked there for 4 years and when I started they were one of the best but they turned pretty bad. They care more about making money than their residents. They don’t care about their employees. There are roaches in the med room. Poor care. Management is a group of people that just clique together. Hope they are getting better. Worst place I ever worked.

I appreciate the work of this facility to reach out into the community linking business people for the cause of Alzheimer’s Disease. The luncheons and opportunity to network have been wonderful. Thank you for having a passion to improve the health of those growing older. I look forward to the next event.

My cousin’s review was censored, probably because she gave 1 star so I will give 2 hoping that my review will actually end up on Unilocal.I cannot recommend this facility. Six years ago, I would have sang the praises of the staff and management but not now. Cost cutting, overworked employees, high turnover, and poor care are just a few of the issues that I have observed over the past year. While some of the staff should be applauded for their work ethic and determination, the majority of the staff is fairly new (turnover) and very young. With 15 years of healthcare experience and what I have seen in recent months is disturbing. Caregivers and med techs who are too busy to interact with the residents and administrative staff who spends time hanging out in offices and smoking outside. I could go on, but I won’t. Just avoid this facility. Simple as that. Wish we would have moved my grandfather 2 years ago when he was open to the idea.
