Worst company in Chico to work with. I pay $ 60/​month for basic cable (20 channels) and internet. I told them this is a ridiculous amount for how much I am getting. Xfinity told me that it is usually $ 90 which is even more outrageous. I then tried to upgrade my TV package and what do you know? That nickel and dime you for everything because they are really the only company in Chico who provides good internet services. This is probably why they have terrible customer service. I cannot wait till AT&T eventually gets up here and takes down this terrible company.

Buyer be ware. They will claim to save you money every month. And after all the hardware lease and box upgrade may save you initially. But they then slap you into a 2 yr agreement. Best of all its a verbal agreement and you never had to sign. But don’t worry they emailed you at their supplied email address, because before them you didn’t have email and would not be using something more relevant than a
address… They do what all monopolies do, promise the world, lie, cheat and steal. Good luck dealing with this God awful company that has a monopoly on real access speeds. But hey when you have service ratings lower than the IRS what should we expect

Down constantly, monopoly, if you cannot pay on time shuts down your service the day before it’s due, constant outages, terrible customer service, worst company I have come across, total asshole as far as corporate is concerned. Would like to rate 0 stars but I don’t think Unilocal corroborate powered will allow.
