After a nice jaunt to Worcester we were quite famished after a traffic incident where we were delayed by 40 minutes… We decide to try out Wild Wings for some lunch. The assortment of wings was awesome! Very hot and fresh appetizers. great location friendly staff. We loved everything we ordered! Great lunch…

The food here was absolutely subpar. I ordered the buffalo Mac and cheese, which was horrible. The food tasted like macaroni with mozzarella and Frank’s red hot. Chicken was chewy. FUCKTHISPLACE.

Went a few weeks ago with a friend. Wait service was initially fast, and took our drink/food orders within a reasonable amount of time. The food was on par with what can be expected from BWW. After our food arrived the waitress disappeared for 20 mins. I had to take our glasses to the bar to get a refill. I was told that our waitress would take care of that, and I responded by telling him that«I haven’t seen her in almost a half hour». It still took another 10 mins for refills. Everything was quick until we got our food and then the service took a big downward dive.

My husband gets food from here pretty often and its decent. I have only been 3 times and the last time we went we really should have gone somewhere else. I know that the wings take a while to cook and we were in a time crunch to get to an appointment. Well we never got to eat because it took about 35 – 40 min to get the food, so we had the waitress put it in to go boxes instead. The manager came right out and was very apologetic about the wait time and took $ 20 off the bill. The food was not very good by the time we got to eat it after our appointment because it was cold, but I’m giving them 4 stars because of the exceptional service and the food was good the other 2 times I’d been there.

I had been driving by this place for a while and really wanted to try it. Sadly it no where near met my expectations. The staff was friendly, and I get that it’s a sports theme, but Holy TVs! They were everywhere, so not conducive to focusing on who you’re dining with. We ordered a four flavors of boneless wings and the sauces were quite good but the breading on them was wayyyy to thick and crunchy. It actually made the chicken difficult to eat. Will not return.

This place has received bad reviews and I’m unsure why. It’s wing joint not a streak house. Great location right off the turnpike. Enormous draft beer selection. Sixty four televisions(I asked). Good wings in many interesting flavors. The staff has a good attitude. Come for a good time. Don’t come for a gourmet experience. Unilocalers get over yourselves.

We waited for a long time for our food. Simple orders– salads, wings, etc. I ordered the Mediterranean salad. The description had Kalamata olives and feta cheese. There were no Kalamata olives and instead of feta it was blue cheese. Way to pull a fast one, BWW, but your customers are smarter than that. Overall, lousy food and lousy service.

If you don’t mind slow service and not getting what u ordered then come here. I honestly love their wings but I can only pretend so much that everything is fine. the food is good but they NEVER serve what u order. This place is a disaster…

GM Tom Baron is inexperienced and incompetent at handling small staff inflicted customer inconveniences. On the evening of June 26, 2015, I paid for extra food to take home. I walked out to my car and realized I had forgtten my food. I immediated returned and was told by my server(Abby) that she had inadvertently thorwn the food out. Because it was closing time I made no fuss. The next day I contacted the general manager, Tom Baron, to explain how the server had inadvertently thrown out the food I had paid for. To my surprise he was unempathetic and made many excuses for not correcting his servers inadvertent action. Having worked a lifetime in the service industry, which includes some food service, I would have simply offered to replace the lost food which was not more than $ 10, but as eariler stated, in my estimation Tom seems inexperienced, incompetent, and perhaps in over his head. After reading several reviews on other restaurant websites I have come to realize that assessment of Tom is not far off.

This place was terrible. Our waitress was so rushy because she had a big table. The food was decent but I would not recommend this location much better service at the Windsor location.

Atmosphere– vibrant, upbeat, lots of TVs, music kinda loud. Service-friendly and helpful but a little slow, considering that there was hardly anyone there. Food-average. Burgers stick out of bun quite a bit. Bun isn’t grilled, toasted or warmed. Fries-boring. Just bland shoe string fries that are over salted. Boneless wings– tasty with many sauce choices, but they weren’t served hot enough. Don’t know if that was kitchen error, or if the server didn’t pick up the order in a timely fashion. Drinks-it was lunch so I didn’t partake, but they seem to have a good draft selection and some creative cocktails. Value-Eh. Burgers are appx $ 10.00 and they’re just average. 5 Guys is probably a better choice if you just want a burger fix. Overall-average. Great place to hang out and watch sporting events.

Food is decent. Wings are okay, not exceptional. But the thing that kills me is the service. Bartenders just tend to ignore you for drinks or food. Wait time is a lot longer than other BWWs I’ve been to. In Windsor CT, I’ve never had bad food, bad service or anything. This place for some reason just hasn’t figured it out.

BWW is a nice place to grab a quick bite with a beer or two while watching any of a million sports games on one of the million tvs. The service was friendly, helpful & attentive. The beers were nice & cold with a good selection including some hoppy IPAs. I love fried pickles. I try them everywhere. They were good here… not great. I thought the breading overwhelmed the pickle… and that is a weird thought indeed. The wings also were good but again not great. We tried mango habanero, Caribbean jerk, Asian zing & salt and vinegar. I wasn’t a fan of the sauces… they had a real fake flavor that I couldn’t overlook which was disappointing because I love hot wings. I actually enjoyed the salt & vinegar rub & claimed them as mine own! All in all, it was a nice spot to hit up. I’d come again, especially on Wed nights for trivia!

We tried out the new BWW in Chicopee and we had a great meal! The restaurant still has that new feeling to it – very clean and nice. There was plenty of seating lunch time and the servers were all very friendly. For food we tried the soft pretzels as an appetizer and it was a good sized portion with both a queso dipping sauce and a second sauce that you can pick(any of the wing flavors). We also ordered the jerk chicken sandwich and the chicken ranch wrap. The wrap came with chips and salsa which was odd — I would have preferred fries but they were fine. The wrap was very good. The jerk sandwich also got two thumbs up. Overall good experience and we’ll definitely be back.

Not a bad place. Typical wing franchise. Bartending staff seems to rather get their closing work done before taking new orders or cashing out established guests. Sat for 10 at the bar waiting to order them say for 1i0min waiting to pay with my cc clearly with the bill. Only person busting their ass was the service bartender.

Reading the prior reviews, there must be a lotta kids who eat here. I mean, how can you go to a wings place and order boneless!!! I went for lunch, just before noon. Noise can be an issue in this restaurant, as there are more people per square foot than the average restaurant. By the time I left, there were lines waiting and the place was full. Beer, TV and wings are featured, but do try the other offerings. The sliders are good. Wing sauces are plentiful and tasty. But do not expect crispy wings. This new restaurant was built in the southern section of Rt. 33(near the Mass. Pike exit) that is burgeoning with WalMart, Chick-Fil-A and Chipotle Mexican Grill. I think this place will be able to hold it’s own and more. Unlike the old Hadley location that had to close due to excessive rent, this stand-alone building went up fast. I hope it endures because I want to return to try the other sauces. Open about a month, their hours open are still not posted on the national Buffalo Wild Wings web site. Every day, they open at 11am. Give it a try, go early. And ask for a portable game player when you are seated. They can be fun.

Went here for lunch in the latter third of the month of September 2014. Food was good but nothing exceptional. Then again one doesn’t go to a place like this just for the food. The atmosphere plays a big part of it. Especially with this being a place that has more TVs then the local Best Buy store! Unlike other reviews here are wings seem to have adequate sauce on them but we got the bone in wings instead of the boneless that many have gotten in these reviews here. The wings were barely crispy though which is not the way the originals are done in Buffalo, NY. You can see the ones that I got in a photo that I have attached to this page. My sauce was the hot BBQ. My friend had the garlic parmesan and he liked them just fine. We also had the cheeseburger sliders which we thought were above average in taste. As one reviewer noted the staff outnumbered the diners that were there when we visited. But as the afternoon continued the line started getting longer out the door! Our server was attentive when he was around but he wandered off for much of the time we were there. In his defense he at least DID ask us how everything was. We liked that they had tablets to play games on. But we didn’t like that one of ours was already malfunctioning in a restaurant that has been open for a month. We also didn’t like that the game tablets were not offered to us when we were seated; we had to ask for them. Overall this is a welcome addition to the area as we missed the one we used to have in Hadley, Mass. Give them a try!

Not that special. Went there twice. Both times the boneless wings were under sauced and dry. Staff is decent.

Average wings, good service. Lots of TVs. All of the wings were just a little undercooked and stringy. Would have liked them a little crisper. Their spiciest wings(blazing, I think?) were a little disappointing heat-wise but otherwise I’d go back, if not to try the other flavors.

First week of operation so bumps are expected. The service was good but the wings were meh. I ordered 12 boneless mango habanero and while the breading was nice and crispy the sauce was seriously limited. I had to ask for a side of mango habanero sauce. We also ordered a tailgate sampler so that we could try a few of the appetizers. Poppers were not cooked completely because the cheese was not melted. Spinach artichoke dip was standard. The pretzel and cheese was actually very good. As well as the jalapeño popper sauce which I really liked. The place was absolutely packed but we were able to snag a table by the bar. Our server was good but disappeared for quite a long time. When he was around he was very attentive. The waitstaff almost outnumbered the patrons but that is to be expected in the first week of opening. Overall I’ve had better I’ve had worse at any other Buffalo wild wings. Ill most likely go again and try something different and hope for a better outcome.
