Sold us a hot tub and didn’t mention the Ace salt water cell only has a one year warranty. It’s failed and it costs just about $ 1,000 to replace the cell for the salt water system. Stay away from the ace system. Google Ace Salt Water cell failure and you’ll find a lot of articles on the net. Read up before buying this system.

As a new pool owner, I’m pretty sure that Teddy Bear is pretty darned good.
I really appreciate:
— a full staff of full-​service /​multi-​service workers for your equipment, all of whom seem very skilled, and are generous with their time and advice
— really nice results of the liner they put in the in-​ground pool at the home we recently bought — the pool is lovely
— really pleasant store experience
— no «goofball» interactions — very businesslike.
We did have an unusually long wait for the work to go in, initially — a function I’m pretty sure of a crazy-​wet June (groundwater) and work order backlog. And we’re not convinced that we got the color of liner we ordered (could be user-​error, not sure).
Bottom line — against a backdrop of stories and reviews we see for all sorts of pool service businesses, I think we’re pretty lucky to have gone with Teddy Bear.
