This is a good local place to eat. The menu is pretty large — they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. I would recommend breakfast food items as they seem to be the best option in the vicinity — most of the other options around that place are fast food. The only thing I don’t like about this place is they don’t seem to use real mayo on their sandwiches. I can’t tell if it’s miracle whip or a generic or homemade mayo. I don’t care for the taste though. With that being said, the Greek lasagna is the best«non breakfast» item on their menu. Taste«just like moms,» well, my friend’s Greek moms.

Best restaurant in Chillicothe, but that ain’t saying much. This place is old school style, where the grandma and grandpa types just cone to out of habit. Three restaurants in one building is just odd to me. Choices are to eat at their outdated diner, an outdated bar, or an outdated«fine dining room». Next time I’m hitting up Monicals Pizza next door.

Went to Grecian Gardens last night for an early dinner. I tried something I had never ordered before the Italian sausage sandwich. The sandwich was very tasty very fresh and I will probably order it again in the future. We have never had a bad meal at Grecian.

Best place around if you live in Chilli — compared to everything else in the area this is 5 stars. Décor for the diners is pretty crummy(way outdated), although they spent a ton of money on the kitchen. Prices aren’t too bad, and the only two thing I would advise against on the menu are the eggs — which are always burned because they don’t turn the grill temp down, and the Salisbury steak. Some of their vegetables are just heated up canned veggies, while other’s are pretty good. Their steaks are as good or better than you will find at a decent steakhouse, and their prime rib is generally very good too(sometimes awesome, sometimes just good). They make a great Greek salad and my kids(no big veggie eaters) will even eat a salad here as long as it has their homemade Greek dressing. Go on a weekend, and you can sit on the lounge side and get a small AYCE salad bar too! Some of the wait staff is phenomenal — some not so much…

I waffled between 2 or 3 starts for this place as Meh — I’ve experienced better kind of sums up my experience, but the service was decent, the food was ok, and I just hate to give a locally owned restaurant only 2 stars if they did nothing really wrong. So why am I not more enthused about the place? Well, I’ve only been once so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt, but they just didn’t knock my socks off. I had grilled lamb chops — they were ok, a little bit overdone, but overall just weren’t anything really special, just grilled chops seasoned with some salt and pepper with a hint of charbroiled flavor served with a parsley sprig. I had it with a baked potato, again nothing out of the ordinary, and a Greek salad, which was full of feta cheese with sliced of anchovies. Now, Greek salads aren’t my favorite salads, and I found out I don’t really care for anchovies, but if they’re your thing I suppose Grecian Gardens makes a pretty good Greek salad. Their dressing seemed to be an ordinary, very vinegary Italian out of a bottle. All in all, nothing earth shattering, just very ordinary. 2 or 3 stars depending on how generous you’re feeling.

I have been there at least 3 times in the last 15 years and it is not getting any better in my eyes. The service is very very slow and not very friendly . Food is only ok . Had breakfast and some other time dinner . The place was clean but needs a remodel or some.

i’m partial more to their breakfast than anything else. i actually like the small-town diner feel this place has.

This restaurant is a staple in the Chillicothe area. They serve American and Greek specialties. The food is very good, and the prices are great! I love their bugers, my husband loves the gyro plate. He has a big appetite, but even he can’t finish all of the food. Entrees run the gamut from sandwiches to fish to prime rib. Breakfast is also a great value, and tasty! The front of the restaurant is a diner-style atmosphere. The back is only open on Friday and Saturday nights. It is a little more formal than the front, and has extra menu items, including a salad bar with meals. Many people who are not from the area will pass by the restaurant without a second glance beause it does not look like a restaurant from the outside. Don’t be fooled! Some of the best Chillicothe food is here!
