While I may have a biased opinion after being let go employment wise from this establishment for not being able to «get with the ***damn program» regarding the way sandwiches are made, [something that has gotten back to me since my leaving the company], it astounds me that every order I have ever placed here has come out wrong. Oftentimes they don’t even have the item I desire which I will accept partial responsibility for, since potato and black bean soup are only offered certain days of the week. Nevertheless, as to whether it is a pick-up, call ahead, or dine-in experience it hasn’t mattered, as I have yet to receive a correct order from this establishment. When bringing my issue to the attention of a manager i have simply received an eye rolling and excuses, with no effort in correcting the issue at hand. I will say however, that I never have issues with the Panera’s in the Dayton or Columbus area, so it must be based on location and that regardless of right or wrong, the food always tastes great. It’s just the customer service that needs to be re-evaluated.
