People make fun of my husband and I because we enjoy«gas station food» as much as we do but the same way there are food chains attached to different major gas stations along our nation’s highway, this is the same concept. I think because it’s location is on a country road, and the small restaurant comes from a «mom & pop shop», there are jokes made that our visit from California each year is marked with desired-multiple stops for breakfast at Sandy’s. The biscuits are homemade rivaling Carl’s Jr., Hardee’s, McDonalds and CrackerBarrel! The gravy is delicious & plentiful. No better way than pouring fresh coffee or a fountain drink of Sundrop and enjoy food off their menu. MMMMmmmm Especially when our state doesn’t offer such southern luxuries: D
