I still can’t get over the fact that they have a town named China…
Anyways, I actually ended up picking the «scenic route» and driving 20 minutes out of the way to get here. And alas it is literally a trailer in someone’s yard. But please let us not believe that as a negative thing.
It was 10AM and I’m pretty sure we’re the first customers of the day. Ordered a lobster roll and a twin lobster dinner. Had we known, we would have called ahead. I did enjoy my company (husband) so the 15−20min wait for the lobster to cook was just fine.
Lobster roll was great. Really plump meat. If I had to be super picky, perhaps I could use slightly less mayo, but ah it’s fine. Whole lobsters were really good too. Oh I would order the soft shells next time, the hard shells were a pain to crack.
Awesome food, cheap, definitely will come back again if in the area!

I am from California, found this place from Unilocal,I stay at Waterville only 15 –20 minutes driving to here. I enjoyed triple lobster dinner here was EXCELLENT and feel my family and friends at CA MUST try the ME lobster too, so I order 6 cooked lobsters to go because I have no way to keep them alive when I go on airplane next day. I keep the lobsters in refrigerator at hotel over night then carry on with me for no ice pack at the weather of beginning of September. I arrived CA at 6pm, my friends LOVE the lobsters for dinner feel CRYING for super delicious lobsters. I know a friend who keep till next day still very fresh. I strongly recommend this place, price is better than supermarket and cook perfect lobster for you, definitely will come by next time when I visit ME.

Best crabmeat roll!
Spent the summer at camp, about 15 minutes from this little gem. We stopped in for crab rolls as often as we could.
They were fresh, packed with meat and an unbelievable deal. This beat any I’ve had over on the coast.
Staff is super friendly and service is fast.
Love this place! Don’t miss this one.

Got it on Unilocal and saw all 5-​star reviews. I have to say that they have very good lobsters with great price. Owners are nice and kind. Highly suggested! Definitely go there if you are close.

Great lobsters and steamers at MJEK! We order it ahead and Mike has it all ready for us! Remember to ask for broth for the steamers!
