I can sum up William’s integrity by using our last experience with him as an example. He drove an hour to inspect a hilltop home that we were very interested in. After 20 minutes, he showed us that the house had serious structural issues, and essentially told us to «run» from this property (unless we were prepared to spend large sums of money to rectify pressing issues). After blocking off his afternoon for the inspection and driving an hour, he offered to stop the inspection without charge, because the place was such a mess. Most inspectors are going to perform the whole inspection, charge you a pretty penny, and THEN tell you to run. But, William saw us as human beings,…he didn’t just see us as dollar symbols.
The guy knows houses, inside and out. He’s also a good human being. William has us as customers for life.

We used William from Bentley Property Inspections when we purchased our first home. William’s inspections are INCREDIBLY thorough. As a buyer, you couldn’t ask for anything better. For me, personally, I want to know everything about the house — both good and bad. And William will provide that information to you. And not only does he provide it, but he provides it in a beautiful, customized report, which includes pictures, very detailed notes, and a summary of his findings. We had originally entered escrow for a house in Tustin and we used William to inspect the house. William found some major foundational issues, and he saved us! We backed out of escrow on that house, and found another house in Anaheim. Again, we used William, and he conducted a thorough inspection and provided us with a comprehensive report. If we ever buy again, we will absolutely use William. He is exactly what any buyer needs.
