Becoming very disenchanted with this location. Salad portion size always small if you get a corner combo. Customer service is great at times and other times the cashiers can be lazy and unfriendly. Found 2 hairs in my salad one day and received a coupon to come back, but why would I want to eat here again after that? Dirty plates left on tables as if the bust boy/girl is out to lunch. Compared to other locations this one could use some improvement.

Normally. We enjoy a quick breakfast here. Today was neither quick nor enjoyable. After waiting 27 minutes for two simple breakfasts, we were served. Our Anaheim Scramblers each had a lonely sliver of avocado, usually about a quarter of a small avocado. The toast was cold and barely toasted, and my fruit included some kind of «organic extra». Overall, it was very disappointing.

I got the breakfast panini. They were pretty busy, but my sandwich was done quick. I ordered it togo. Served hot. Was impressed with this bakery. Yummy

First time at this corner bakery since I moved to Chino Hills. I gotta say this location is huge and really nice. The reason for the negative review was 1 employee CECILIA. I hope if you give this place a shot you don’t get her. I went to order mind you it wasnt busy at all I asked her for no mayo and she snarled at me it doesn’t have any when it clearly said it does. I then asked her how much my total was and she rolled her eyes at me telling me it was on my receipt. I was about to tell her forget it, but didn’t want to bother with a refund. The icing on the cake was when she basically threw a cup for a drink she didn’t charge me for. I don’t mind paying if she made a mistake, but instead she just threw it at me like I was bothering her conversation. I feel bad because the girl that brought out the food and the guy cleaning where super nice. The food was good the place was clean, but, when your treated so poorly by someone for no reason is enough never to come back. Too bad one bad apple can ruin it for this place. Never again!

How this place have changed over the years. Food got smaller and prices got higher. Old favorites were no longer on the menu because of thinner profit margin. Newer item are smaller and cost more. Don’t think I’ll ever pay another visit to this place. You get more value at the Jimmy John or Wahoo next door.

Um, did you know Corner Bakery has a secret breakfast menu? It’s actually on the café menu, but not listed on the hanging board. One morning, my husband and I set up our laptops for a few hours and ordered breakfast paninis, each about $ 5. Both were tasty, but they forgot the avocado one mine. I was too lazy to complain though. Oh well. I do like how we were able to hang out there for a few hours and not get kicked out. Tables(not booths) towards the windows had easy to access outlets. We’ve been here for dinner a few times too. The best deal seems like the combo; husband gets the soup and Asian salad, and I get the soup and chopped salad. We’re hooked on their chicken tortilla soup. Of course, we’ll be back.

I can’t say they are my first choice or favorite but I do enjoy the panini sandwiches and broccoli soups. They used to sell clam chowder but not anymore for some reason. Tastes good still but if you do go try the half and half combo. Get a half sandwich and a small soup for a good price. Coffee is really good for a avid coffee drinker I am. Recommend

Only downside to my visit was the coffee machine being down. But other than that the food was yummy and the late was really great too. They even have gluten sensitive and soy options :)

Not very many choices for hot teas. The chai tea was pretty good but pricey for them handing me a cup of hot water and a tea packet. I originally came here for soup NOSOUPSERVEDTILL11am, for crying out loud it’s winter and rainy people want soup. My substitution for soup, pancakes. They were delicious, they have a way of making them taste so good.

«Say hello to my little friend» Steel cut oatmeal with almonds, brown sugar, cranberries, and I added strawberries and blueberries for only 25 cents! This oatmeal never disappoints!

Fantastic service. Fantastic food. If you’ve never tried out, you must not be from SoCal. If you have, it meets the standard for all CBC’s across the state.

This was our first time to this particular Corner Bakery. A nice home cooked style breakfast sounded great. I went with the pancakes, eggs, and sausage meal. My wife went with eggs and bacon. While it was semi-crowded with maybe 15 people sitting in the dining area eating and nobody in front of us in line, we figured it would be out pretty quick. We sat and waited for our food for 20 minutes, and when we finally got our plates everything was cold(yes, both plates were cold). Like not even close to being warm. My wife had to take her plate back to get re-cooked, and then of course, I had to start eating mine before the pancakes sat even longer. So by the time she got her new plate, I was nearly done eating. What made it even worse was that it the eggs and sausage didn’t even taste that great to begin with. I always compare plates at restaurants to what I can cook myself. In this instance, Corner Bakery lost. It wasn’t a good experience and no reason to come back even though we live a mile away. This was the first bad experience at Corner Bakery, I felt bad because I was telling my wife that the chain usually has great breakfasts, maybe it was just this location.

We had a meeting in the area and we were trying to figure out where we should order lunch from, I suggested The Corner Bakery as they have the«lunch boxes» and honestly I rather enjoy The Corner Bakery. We took orders and I went to place the order about 1100am. The gal on the phone suggested catering so I can have it del wineries — which since we were having a working lunch was a good idea. In all I ordered 13 box lunches for a 1230pm delivery totaling about $ 126 not to shabby right? I was impressed that they were able to make our order with the short notice we gave them. I appreciated the fact the put that names I. The boxes as it made it easier to distribute them upon delivery. I was quite impressed that they delivered right on time and every thing seemed good. My colleagues and I started eating and several of us were quite disappointed that the bread on our sandwiches was soggy, almost to the point of not being edible. I am not sure if this was a one off situation or if this was standard but it was embarrassing for me as I suggested The Corner Bakery and I felt bad that we couldn’t enjoy our sandwiches. The fruit cups were good as was the assortment of cookies too. Overall even though this experience was not quite what I expected I will still visit The Corner Bakery I am just not sure I will utilize their catering option again.

I would originally give this location a 4 but after today’s experience I can’t justify really even giving them 1 star. Our order consisted of: –kids Mac n cheese with spinach –uptown turkey sandwich –trio of sesame kale, quinoa and poco salad, and edamame salad. The uptown turkey was pretty standard, but it seemed like there was a shmear of avocado as opposed to slices. The Mac n cheese portion is cut in half. My two year old can finish the whole dish where as in the past she would only be able to eat a 1⁄3. The added spinach they charged for was 4 measly pieces. Lastly, the trio. Horrible. The three are my staple go to items(I stopped ordering the southwest avocado because they never give enough avocado in the avocado salad) but after today, I may be better off ordering at a diff location or making at home. The quinoa salad was fine. The edamame salad tasted like they accidentally dropped the entire dressing on top. Additionally they gave a half portion of this compared to the qui a salad. The dressing was all I could taste. The kale salad was the worst. Not only was the portion small, the contents were old, dried out, and possibly moldy(photo posted in pics). It was inedible. Inedible. Suffice to say, I won’t be coming back here again.

Pretty similar to Panera. The location is great, nice place, clean and tons of seating and parking out front. I have not eaten here though, just grabbed some coffee, the blended caramel mocha was great. It gets pretty full and service can be slow, but prices are fair and the coffee was good. Wouldn’t come out of my way to go back here, but if the need for caffeine strikes while I am in the area again, i would come back.

Fuckin’ Corner Bakery. QUITSENDINGMEEMAILSFORFREEFOOD! I’m over here eating a bowl of vegetables and you’re blowin’ up my phone saying you’ll give me 6 free cupcake-bites* if I buy a damn sandwich. And remember when you guys added pancakes to your breakfast menu? First thing you did was shoot me an email all sweet like, «ooooh Jessica, let us buy you breakfast! Here’s a whole stack of free buttermilk pancakes!» FUCC Y’ALL. I mean, if I *were* to get a sandwich combo from you… it’d probably be that Tomato Mozzarella on Ciabatta. And throw me a cup of that tomato basil soup while you’re at it. Don’t forget the chips and pickle spear, either. I know how this works. Now. About those cupcake bites… OHHELLNAW. Someone straight snatched my coupon! I printed it out at work like a jackass, and i’m pretty sure my assistant swiped it! This is definitely going in his yearly review. Anyways. Sign up for their email chingadera if you like free food, keep your coupons mobile, buy a sandwich combo and get free cupcake bites. Boom. (* Actual mini cupcakes, not like, you get 6 bites from a cupcake or some malarkey)
