My Wife and I were fortunate to have found Mr Tetrealt when we looking for a new home. As our Realtor, David helped us find the right house at the right price and best of all in the right neighborhood. He was patient as we drove all around to look at many homes over months and warned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell for overpriced homes.
In short, David was always on our side working to make our home purchase as simple and successful as possible. A great thing about working with David was that he was more concerned with answering our questions, giving us great advice, and finding homes that met our needs than he was on closing a deal. We would definitely recommend him to anyone.

David helped me buy a home after working with two other agents for over 6 months.
He was upfront, and explained to us in great detail what it was going to take to get into a home.
After seeing only 3 homes, we wrote a strong offer and after his negotiations with the other agent, it was accepted. On top of that the sellers fixed several items that they previously said they wouldn’t with David’s persistence.
David has a client for life.
