Nasty… nasty and worst of all so overpriced. Came here shrimp. Fries. Calamari. Clam chowder. About $ 45.00 don’t mind paying for good tasting food but food was tasteless, COLD, and fries were old and reheated. We were so disappointed. A big clue should of been an empty restaurant on a Sunday @ 6pm. !!!

I used to enjoy the $ 1 taco Tuesdays. The quantity of fish was amazing and it contained a mix of salmon and white fish. The tacos were stuffed to the point where it was difficult to eat them without food spilling out, and it was AMAZING. They also had amazing fries that were delicious. Fast forward to 5 months later, and the food has seriously degraded. I’m not sure if management has changed, but they barely put any fish on the tacos, and they’ve switched the fries to previously frozen crinkled cut fries– really not so great. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again unless the quality of their food returns.

Meh, not impressed, the Cajun fish was not flavorful, in my opinion. It was pretty healthy, quick and reasonably priced but I don’t think I’ll be back

Taco Tuesdays!!! An ingenious way of ridding old inventory(since most items here are very fresh – you can see it in the ice case by the register), Taco Tuesdays is a great value. The tacos are filled with two pieces of fried or grilled white fish packed with slaw, wrapped in a flour tortilla. They’re not big tacos but the fresh fish and $ 1 price makes this a great meal. I do caution against the sides as they’re tiny for the price. If you do want to try a side, the grilled zucchini is really good! Finally, I’ve only been here once without having Tacos on Tuesdays, but from what I remember their salmon entrée was really good too. You can also sit outside with your dog, but the space is pretty cramped. The inside is clean, with booth and bar style seating. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the mood for relatively a healthy, pesco meal.

Best Fish Taco Tuesday Deal! Love their fish tacos, especially on Tuesdays when they’re only a buck. Señor Baja doesn’t even offer them for a buck anymore, and Pacific Fish Grill only offers the battered ones during their Taco Tuesday deal. Here, you can choose from battered or grilled. I always opt for the grilled since it’s the healthier choice, and you get plenty o’ fish with each bite. Super tasty, always fresh and generously portioned. They’ve got an open grilling station so you can see that everything is made fresh to order. So if you’re in a hurry, call I also love their warm sourdough bread rolls! I always like to add an extra roll with my entrée salads. For only $ 0.35 each, hey why not.(Damn you, carbs!) Free WiFi is always a plus, and the free homemade brownie samples are always a nice little treat. Sign up for their EClub and SpotOn Rewards Program for special offers and freebies!

This is the second time I have tried this place and it’s just not very good. The first time I went for I fish tacos and they were SO bland. Seriously 0 flavor. Good thing they were only $ 1. Today I came to get some lunch. I walked in around 3:30 with no one in sight. Not a guest or an employee. I stood there for a good 4 – 5 mins looking over the menu until I yelled«hello anyone here? Are you open?» Then a minute later Angela, I think was her name, walks out and says«what can I get for you?» Not«hello there, sorry about the wait» or any sort of apology. After that I ordered my food, the grilled trout with lemon butter and zucchini Togo. First of all, there are only 2 strips of zucchini as a side which I wasn’t too about about and when I got home I found out they gave me Cajun seasoning not lemon butter. Not to mention the fish was over cooked until the point it was pretty chewy. But I ate it and it was just okay. I’m not going to come back though, unfortunately. I love fish and was hoping I found a great spot so close to my house.

So I came here because I wanted to try a new place for fish tacos! Fish-O-Licious, by the name, has $ 1 fish tacos on Tuesdays! Taco Tuesdays! One thing that they do is ask if you want grilled or battered.(Duhhh battered. Jk. I live the unhealthy life). I took it home and I realized the soft tacos were a little bit burnt. The fish tacos were decent, not the best I’ve had, but certainly not the worst. It tasted like something you’d get at an American chain(ie BJ’s). The tartar sauce was alright but I felt the cabbage was lacking. The salsa was a decent amount as well. They have other specials that are on the other days as well. Monday: KIDSEATFREE * Dine-In Only For each adult entrée and beverage you purchase, you get one free kids meal. The offer is good for kids 12 and under. They must be present at the time of ordering. Tuesday– TACOTUESDAY Fish tacos $ 1.00 Grilled or Battered Wed– WINEDISCOUNT 50% Off All Wine Thurs– FREESOFTBEVERAGE with order of any entrée Fri– CLAMCHOWDERBREADBOWL $ 6.95 FRIEDFISHCOMBO $ 11.95 Shrimp, Calamari, & Fish [MIGHTTRYTHISHAHA] Sat– SEAFOODCIOPPINO $ 13.95 FAMILYDISCOUNT 10% Off any order over $ 30 Sun-BROWNIE SUNDAY Free sample with the purchase of any entrée Plus, 10% discount for firefighters, police officers, and seniors!

If you’re a fan of California Fish Grill, Fish-O-Licious is very comparable to it without having to drive far for it. My co-worker bought a $ 10 for $ 20 Groupon for Fish-O-Licious and we finally decided to use it for lunch the other day. Since it was a busy day, I called ahead of time for a to-go order using the menu I found on their website. The girl that took my order was friendly and made great suggestions. It was hard to find at first(stupid AppleMaps) but the restaurant is located in the same area as Starbucks and right next to WingStop. I walked straight to the counter to pick up my order and it was already ready. There’s a little bar filled with pico de gallo and a bunch of sauces. I liked that there were containers set out as well. I ordered the cajun style salmon with double veggies and a side of rice with mango sauce on the side. The rice was a little too overcooked for my taste but it wasn’t too bad. I got more carrots than broccoli for the vegetables. The salmon was grilled to perfection and it was really tasty with our without the mango sauce. Although, the mango sauce quite refreshing and delicious. The total cost was around $ 13 including tax. Overall, if you’re looking for a healthy lunch and is tired of Flame Broiler or Chipotle, come check this place out. I would definitely come back.

Don’t know how this place has 4.5 stars… Came here because my bf’s aunt had a groupon voucher for $ 40 worth of food here. We ordered a Family meal(good value $ 24.99) which includes: –9 pieces of fish(they were really thin and small, prob 2 pieces would be the size of my hand) –3 pieces of Fried chicken(basically chicken tenders) –A bunch of Sourdough bread(some were extremely dried out) –2 appetizers: Grilled zucchini(cooked perfectly) and Cole Slaw(no bueno) The fish seasoning was ok, there’s a cajun and a lemon butter. I didn’t taste any lemon on the lemon butter, and the«cajun» flavor just wasn’t there. But they have a sauce bar, so that saved it in my opinion. We ordered 2 bowls of Clam Chowder, pretty big bowls. However we were all super disappointed with it. It’s not your traditional New England Clam Chowder… which they should have differentiated. It was yellow… basically what you would think of a corn chowder except no corn, lots of green and yellow bell peppers, and i believe some okra? It definitely had that okra taste though. It wasn’t bad, but it just wasn’t what we were expecting at all… We probably found like 2 clams in the whole bowl. Well, I didn’t find any, but I think they did. There was no seafood taste. I just wish they didn’t call it a clam chowder, when it should have been called something like«southern bell pepper chowder». We also ordered a half order of Fried zucchini, which were really good. Probably the best fried zucchini I’ve ever had. They weren’t mushy and still had a bit of a crunch. Very good. Their«Full size» of calamari was really small. Maybe like 8 pieces? They were bigger pieces, but I don’t know… Maybe it’s the plates they use here. Makes their portions look so small… The calamari was really oily, but it did taste pretty fresh. I liked it, but I have had much better. Maybe if I were to come again, I’d come for the $ 1 fish taco Tuesdays and an order of fried zucchini sticks, but that’s it. I feel like their plates were wayyy too big… well the food to plate ratio was not good. We had a pretty big table for the 4 of us, and we had no room to eat because the plates filled the whole table, we were even about to add on another table because we had no room. We just used the plates that the food was on(like appetizer plates) because there was just absolutely no room. Maybe because we ordered a family meal? And they plate each dish separately?

Fish-o-licious is delicious!!! It is a very nice casual restaurant where you order at the counter and they bring your dish to you. I had the grilled fish taco and the grilled shrimp taco. Both were fresh, tasty and a good portion. My husband had the grilled shrimp and scallop skewer. You can choose Cajun style or lemon butter. He had lemon butter and enjoyed it. My kids split the grilled shrimp skewers plain. They loved it. The sourdough bread is good. This place is very well priced as well. Only complaints are no sushi type items and all the kid items were fried. We don’t live in this area, but if we are in the area again, I will seek Fish-o-Licious.

First time trying Fish-O-Licious and it’s a thumbs up from both of us! Mine: Cajun Shrimp and Scallops Kabob with Rice. His: Fish and Shrimp Plate with Fries. Both: Cole Slaw with a Sourdough Roll and… both were delicious. We’ll be game to come back for seconds but we’ll have to alternate with our favorite Pacific Fish. Nice work, @fish_o_licious!

Came here for lunch today with my coworkers and we all got our entrees from the broiler. Casual atmosphere, clean, and strangely didn’t smell of fish. They also have free Wi-Fi. You can see the fresh fish available to the left of the register when you walk in. There’s a small salsa/lemon/sauce bar to the left of the fountain drinks. Salmon: Excellent. Perfectly cooked, moist, flavorful. The thin layer of fat makes is quite tasty. I got it with the lemon-butter. Veggies: Good. Simple steamed broccoli and diagonally cut carrots Rice: SO Bland. Tried adding lemon, pepper and salt, but nothing could really save it. Had to really force myself to eat some. I ended up leaving the majority on my plate(and I hate wasting food). I would prefer to be able to sub it out with all veggies or some healthier alternative besides the fries. Sourdough roll: Ok. I wasn’t a big fan of this. It would have been better lightly toasted with a teeny bit of olive oil and herbs. Towards the end of our meal, someone came around and offered us brownie samples. They were actually pretty good. Coworkers comments: Similar remarks about the rice being bland. High marks on the salmon with cajun flavor. Coleslaw needed some flavor(adding salsa worked). Shrimp was good. Scallops were cold. Perhaps having all those items on a skewer results in uneven cooking time. Halibut was okay. Fries were good. The service we received here was great. 3.5 overall. I’ll definitely come back for more of the salmon.

Great healthy fish restaurant. There is not much to choose from in Chino Hills. You have Pacific Fish Grill and then you have Papachinos. I prefer Fish-O-Licious over the other two restaurants if I am in the mood for fish. My go to dish is the fish and shrimp plate. 2 pieces of fried fish, and abour 4 pieces of fried shrimp, coleslaw, a roll of sourdough bread, and french fries. I lather it with the cocktail sauce and I am happy. I have also ordered the filet of sole and the curry special. Both are excellent.

This place serves decent quality fish plates. Although the food is good, keep in mind that it’s also pretty simple — the flavors here are on the lighter side. Nonetheless, if you’re looking for a quick bite to eat without opting for the usual fast food joints, Fish-O-Licious is the place for you. Plus, I would say this is the healthier choice. My friends and I had the filet of sole(with lemon butter), which came with a side of rice(or fries — your choice), coleslaw, and a bread roll. The fish itself had a clean, mild taste(our server described it as the least«fishy» of all the items on the menu), and the lemon butter added an extra citrusy layer of flavor. The rice is plain, which is something I would change because a more savory rice would go better with the fish.

This place was good but not great. they where fast and the food was good. I like that everything tasted fresh and that the prices are not bad. I would come back here to get my fish fix but not sure if it’s a place I would crave… Everything was clean and the service was friendly. I even over heard one of the employees recomend ing to a customer that they call in their order since they come every Tuesday and order to go. He also told them they deliver so they might consider that… I think that was very thoughtful and observant of this guy. Like i said it was good fast and friendly. They have regulars so you know it’s a good place. If ur in the area and want some fresh fish this is the place.

There’s not a lot of fish and chips places around here, so I said I would give it a try. Upon deciding, the server says«Are you ready ma’am» but with an attitude. Of course I’m not ready. I’m staring at the menu and standing two feet away from you. Served with Fries or Rice, Cole Slaw & Bread, Topped with Lemon Butter or Cajun Style Cajun Salmon(9.95) — Portions were alright. Didn’t really leave here full. Salmon was a bit overcooked. The thing I really enjoyed was the pineapples in the coleslaw. A nice touch there. Cajun Catfish(9.95) — Friend said it was whatever too. His portion seemed smaller than mine too. Drive to Brea to eat at California Fish Grill. Their food is way better.
