I have been coming here for a couple of years now and have developed relationships with all of the women here. Amy is awesome, she is the owner of the salon and she is always catering, and considerate of your time and what you need. Amy does such a great job on my nails every time and I have had no problems. I am really picky with my nails and I know that I can trust her every time. I will continue to come here, and the prices are so reasonable compared to all the other chino hills nail salons. LOVE this place :)

Made an appointment for an up-​do for my daughters’ prom in advance and was told to make sure to come in with her hair washed. When we got there, she wasn’t on their schedule and we were told she shouldn’t have washed her hair! After the lady was done with her hair it looked like a flashback to the 80s in all the wrong ways. It was truly horrific and ridiculous. Ended up having to take her to Ulta where they were able to fit her into their schedule. When I complained, the lady said she had done all she could… my thoughts are don’t advertise that you can do something you haven’t had proper training for. Nonetheless, she still charged me as if she had. Epic fail!

I broke a nail and just needed a simple repair so I stopped in to check this place out, it’s close to my work, & the girl tells me «I’m busy and we close in an hour» LOL WTH I got the feeling that if I had walked in and wanted to get a mani, spa pedi & something waxed she would have stayed late for the $$$. Maybe I get my nails & feet done weekly with 3 friends but it won’t be at this place! Very unprofessional!

I love it here! I’ve been coming here for a while now to get my eyebrows waxed and I always leave very satisfied. Everyone is very nice and accommodating.
I got eyelash extensions here as well and I am very satisfied with them. It didn’t take too long and they look great!

Amy and her staff are amazing! Amy has done my nails for over ten years, when friends or family come to visit and need beauty treatments… this is the one stop shop! I’ve had everything from eyelashes to skin tag removal. If it’s a haircut you need John is amazing! They are friendly the shop is clean and affordable. This is your salon. try it you won’t be disappointed!

After getting rejected from a few places, I finally called this place to see if I can get my extensions cut (they were clip ins and I would have them clipped on already) they said yes! Well went in and Cathy I believe her name was available right away, and she did a great job! Straightened my hair out perfectly in order to blend my extensions and cut them evenly. I would go back, she is really funny and laid back (: thank you!

They did an amazing job. I had gone next door the night before and asked for ombré. The Bella nails manager Minh did my nails, and it was just hideous. I came here to have the wonderful ladies correct his mistake.

My husband and son love getting their haircut by John. We don’t go anywhere else. He is so good with kids. My son is 3 and he has been cutting his hair for a 1 ½. Always gets both of them out in less than 30 min.

Lana and Amy were very friendly and did a great job on both my nails and my co-worker’s nails. We said fast please since we are on our lunch hour and they did a wonderful job on gel nails, and then a mani-​pedi in less than an hr. Will defiantly be back!

If you’re planning on coming here, expect to wait at least 15 minutes before you get helped. It’s so disorganized at this salon as well. The guy doing my friend’s nails would stop and do some haircuts in between and left her waiting for like 20 minutes while he did said haircuts. Helen, the lady who did my nails was very friendly and knew exactly what I wanted. They have a fair selection of nail polishes as well.

After having coffee at a nearby store, my wife and I wandered past Image International Salon. My wife noticed a sign indicating eyebrow threading was only five dollars. I began to envision my day being sucked up by a visit to the salon.
We entered the salon, and to my surprise a threader was available. The staff members were very friendly and asked if I wanted my eyebrows done as well. Although I appreciated the offer, I politely declined.
When my wife was done, I noticed her eyebrows came out very good. Overall, the staff members were friendly, the business was clean and organized, and the quality of the treading was excellent.

I was looking for a reasonably priced nail salon place near me and definitely found one :).
First off the the the salon looks great, very clean and organized. Definitely a plus in the hygiene factor. Also they carried a a great selection of color, including gel colors. Also the owner was very welcoming, including her staff. Called ahead, and had no wait. Overall very pleased with the service and end result., Definitely will be back again. :)
