Great manager at this location on night shift. Very professional. Great food. Love the PB chocolate love. And thank you for getting almond milk!

Jamba Juice is a great place to come and get a refreshing smoothie or some tasty oatmeal. The one here in chino hills is very close to my house and they always are friendly. I never have any problems waiting long to get my order. Thank you for giving me the best smoothie experience.

I agree with the other reviews with managers taking a second look at who they hire. Last Monday I was there to get a fresh juice and the person who ring me up, his name started with a T. Horrible customer service. I said thank you maybe 3 times for taking my order, giving my change and what not and he just had a bad attitude. I am a store manager and this service is unexceptable and is an awful reflection on this store. He needs to be coached because Myself and my staff won’t be here again. The person who made my drink how ever was nice. Management — step it up a notch on your service– it’s making you look bad.

Very inconsiderate staff. We had to exit the freeway because my 6 years old daughter had to pee. We asked nicely the store worker if she can use toilet because my daughter really needed to go, she said NO and only paying customers. If it was just me or an adult, I will be ok with that rule, but a child looking uncomfortable and needs to pee badly should be an exemption!

I love Jamba Juice! Awesome selections awesome service even if it isn’t on the menu you can ask for any of the classics… I always get the citrus squeeze! All time favorite!!!

I recommend trying the«Detoxifier» it tastes like cucumber but it also has a little bit of GInger and also orange juice. More of an Earthy taste to it so if you aren’t the type of person that likes that i wouldn’t recommend.

Im not usually a regular customer here but because I wanted to try their Acai Bowl, I came here after work hoping id have it pretty soon considering they were completely empty. Maybe 2 customers came in. I waited about 15 – 20 minutes for my bowl and the 2 customers that came in at that time were taken care of immediatelty. The reason they took so long was because of what im guessing was a regular customer who was just talking, literally all 3 employees working were just standing there talking to her. After she left, i saw her finally starting to make my bowl which took about 2 minutes… So i dont understand why she couldnt just make my order when I paid. Customer service wise, they get 2 stars. The bowl was really good though.

I love Jamba Juice, but I have no idea what it is about this location. I usually stop by towards the evening, and I am always greeted by the typical blonde hair, blue-eyed girl. To be honest, she is not the friendliest. If you ask for recommendations, she really doesn’t know what she is talking about. Most of the time when I have questions, I am answered with a slight shrug or «your wasting my time» face. The drinks are good… but they could get stingy on how much fluid is actually in the container. I came across the problem of having a drink remade because it was only 75% full. Which I feel should be a no-brainer, since everything is measured anyways! I feel management should take a better look at who they hire. Usually customer service is 100% going to guarantee you an amazing feedback.

I love Jamba Juice but the folks here don’t seem to care about their customers or products. I ordered an acai primo bowl and a garlic Parmesan roll. My roll was forgotten about and ended up burning in the oven(there were three people working and about two people waiting for their orders — not busy). My second roll has to be grabbed from the back — no worries because I had time. Five minutes later I got my roll(I got my acai bowl on time/before the first roll was checked on) and the top was burnt and the inside was frozen… Great that I didn’t find this out until I was already driving away.

UPDATEDREVIEW: Customer service reached out to me for my poor first experience at this location. They provided me incentive to visit a Jamba Juice again so I came back to this location. The customer service was much better. My overall experience was positive this time around. The cashier didn’t rush me, my cup will filled to the top, and they hand delivered our drinks to our table. Excellent comeback.

Ok, so I only come to this Jamba Juice because it’s close to me and its my stop after the gym when I’m craving a smoothie. I usually get my all fruit smoothie with whey protein. The staff here is friendly however the reason why they are getting an 2 star instead of getting 4 or 5 from me is because the cheat me on my smoothie. I usually get medium for my all fruit but I add whey protein to my smoothie. Because I add my whey I know my smoothie should be full cause its expands. I never once get my smoothie filled all the way to the top. They tell me the reason why is because of the whey protein. I’ve been to other Jambe Juice places and usually they would give me a kiddie cup for the extra smoothie because its too much and will over fill. Like I said the only reason why I come here is because its close to me and it’s convenient after the gym

I go to jamba juice a lot. For some reason I never get good service when I come to this one. They either lag with my order, most of the time people that came after me get their order before I do. One time a server actually forgot about my order. It’s such a bummer, I always give them chances, I’m not a rude customer, but I have never gotten a good experience at this location.

I’m pretty much a regular customer at this chain between this location and another one near 15 fwy and Limonite. I was greeted with a typical verbage of «Welcome!» These words were said while her facial expression communicated opposite. It was my first time seeing these ladies behind the counters. As other customers walked in, the greeting pattern remained unchanged. The same person who greeted me served as a cashier(and I paid cash) also was the one to prepare my drink. As I watched her make my drink, she went from handling the cash and coins to picking up the see-through, thin plastic disposable gloves without washing or cleaning her hands… What is the point in putting the gloves on when the gloves are being handled in ways that contaminated practically throughout? I didn’t say anything, and perhaps I should have. She knew how to make my drink though! It was fantastic! Service: 1 star Drink: 5 stars

Horrible customer service. The girls are so rude. I asked for no ice, and not only did they remake it, but they shortened my drink. I’m paying for it, so I would like what I paid for. I’ve had previous jobs working in customer service for 9 years and this is not good customer service. I’m not one to complain, but enough is enough.

This place is okay. The customer service is there but can be better. Hard to get a smile from the workers every time I visit, but that’s okay. Place is usually kept clean and drinks come out okay. I do notice that they usually run out of oatmeal fast here. Most of the time I ask, they just quickly reply«No, we’re out». Most other JJ usually check to make sure they’re out when I ask but the workers here are probably just really up to date with there inventory. Ill still come back, only if I’m in the area.

Plenty of parking opens early. Wait area pretty small but it does not get I get too busy unless there is a great coupon deal when kids get out of school. I have seen much smaller Jamba so in comparison this is not too bad. Right next to Pizza Hut, the bank, and in the complex with Chick-fil-A, sprouts, and coffee bean. Now all that’s missing is some ice cream gelato yogurt place or maybe some nail/spa area. No asking a lot here ;). Consistency is good… it is Jamba. and they will split cups for you in case you have little ones.

I feel kind of odd writing a review for a Jamba Juice… it’s like writing a review for a McDonald’s…but this location really stuck out to me. My sister had purchased some livingsocial deals for acai bowls that were about to expire so we decided to come in and redeem them. The bowls themselves were pretty good, but I really liked how willing they were to adjust the ingredients/toppings to each of our tastes. Some places give you crap about removing things or adding things, but they genuinely seemed happy to do it for us. We also had a little bit of trouble redeeming our livingsocial deals because the barcode wouldn’t scan properly, but instead of turning us away, they tried multiple times to scan and enter the code in manually. Eventually it worked, and I never felt like I was being an inconvenience. It was a pretty good experience haha

I really like this location because it’s always kept clean, up to date, and they participate in community activities. Their people are friendly, quick paced, and the quality of their products never falter. I had an açai superantioxidant today, along with a blueberry-almond oatmeal. I like the fact that real fruit ingredients are used and they try to go low-sugar unlike typical smoothie places. Jamba has made a lotnof good changes in favor of the environment, such as switching their cups from Styrofoam to recyclable plastic. What bothered me about this particular location is that you have to ask them for a restroom key. I get it keeps the restrooms somewhat cleaner, and perhaps protects them from destructive teenagers. Its a huge inconvenience for their customers, however, Specially when the lines are long in the summer, or when you’re in a hurry.
