These guys are really good! They were here mid-morning after my plotter died after 5:00 p.m. the night before. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had me back up and running in a matter of a couple of hours!

6 Stars… oh wait, that’s not possible.
No but seriously, I have an HP 5000PS 60″ wide format printer that finally died, and this guy came and resurrected it from the dead… OK it was just a belt, but this guy was fast, extremely knowledgeable, and he even fixed a hard drive I had in data recovery mode due to a burned out controller.
Being a CTO & tech pro of 20 years I can tell you from experience that people like this come along only once in awhile. Fast, Funny, and I think I learned new thing or 2.
I HIGHLY recommend this guy.

We had OnSite come to our company office to repair an HP Plotter. After looking around for a comfortable price, I came across OnSite. Someone came out the day I requested, although they were late, the service made up for it. The tech identified the problem right away and came the following day with the correct part to fix the machine. The plotter was fixed in a timely manner and he was able to fix some driver issues we had printing to the computer. Overall, the service and price are the best in the Orange County area and their service includes a full cleaning and maintenance of your machine. I would gladly use them again.

Very good service, fast on the spot in less that 1 hour. We had 5 printers fixed today and a nice young man named Mohammed fix them all. He is very Knowledgeable in all of our printers. This is the second time using this repair service and could not be any happier.

It usually takes a lot for me to give one star. But bad service and poor communication will do the trick. Actually NO service is even worse. Scheduled an appointment with These guys, no one shows up. Reschedule for the next day no one shows up. When I called about my appointment and to reschedule for a 3^rd time I was told to find someone else when I asked to speak with a manager I was hung up on. Sorry but I have been in the service industry for many years, this is not he way you operate a business or work with customers. I gave them a chance (or many) and would love to save other people the time and trouble of trying to work these guys.
