This is the best salon! I Tried out another salon and they messed up my nails in every way, horrible shape, paint job and nails were crooked… I came straight to this salon and fit me in right away even though they were busy! Holly did an amazing job at fixing my nails!
Everyone has great customer service and always does a great job never leaving me disappointed!

Very good nail salon. Staff was friendly. Service was good. I went in on a busy day, without an appointment and they were very accommodating. Check in with Unilocal and get a $ 5 off coupon! Can’t beat that I will definitely be back for a gel manicure and pedicure!

I’m from San Francisco visiting this city for the first time and decided to get my nails done meanwhile regretting not doing them done back home in fear of getting unlucky with the location but thank god I found this spa it’s in a great location easy to find plus although they were busy they provided great service everyone in this salon was friendly and did a great job pricing is also very good I’m over all super happy and it felt like I’ve been coming here for years lovely place very clean.

I absolutely fell in love with this place. I walked in yesterday and they took me right away. I showed a picture of a gel manicure I wanted and with no hesitation they made it happen. I believe the lady that did my nails was Christina and I must say she is a perfectionist. Even though they started to get busy while she was doing my nails she made sure to catch every single detail. I will definitely be coming here again.

My gel mani was great. Pedi was awful. The lady I had was basically rushing through it! I hate how she asked if I wanted callous removal yet didn’t even work hard to remove them. What a $ 5 waste! Afterwards, I was looking for both my mani and pedi ladies to give them their tip. My pedi lady acted as if she didn’t need the tip as she hurried out.

Annie did a great job on my nails and toes. This was my second time at the shop. I paid $ 46 for a gel mani and pedi. plus tip = $ 52. I had a coupon for 5 $ off if you spend 25 $ or more from Unilocal.The first time I came it was on a Friday, so I couldn’t use the coupon because it is only good Mon — Thurs. This time was on a Wednesday and the receptionist said «is this your first time?» which she knew it was my second. I still never got $ 5 off even though it was not my first time. I couldn’t use the coupon last time because it was a Friday. She said sorry the coupon is only good if its your first time. How petty!!! 5 stars for Annie and one star for the receptionist.

Went in about 15minutes before closing. The eyebrow lady was in such a rush to get home she jacked up my moms eyebrows. They’re completely different and crooked. The eyebrow lady is lucky my mom even paid. Now we have to spend an extra 10 – 15 $ for a brow pencil. If you want messed up eyebrows this is the place for you!

Came here on a whim with 2 other ladies and my daughter for birthday pedicures. I was so impressed at how many ladies they had available and were able to get us in right away without an appointment. The regular pedicure was amazing and included a hot stone massage. The ladies were friendly and actually engaged in conversation rather then talking to each other the whole time. I will definitely be returning

Came here for a full set and pedicure. The place was packed! I only waited about 5 minutes before my services. I had Christine for my nails she was professional and listened to how I wanted them! The salon has a lot of colors for gel and are willing to help match your hands with your toes! Great job!

My friend and I went to here for a spring break treat. Im not their regular customer because it’s quite a distance for me. whenever I’m in the area to visit my friend, we would come here. Q nails spa is extremely clean and organized! they use the plastic liner in the tub which is very sanitary. I love their huge selection of gel colors because I usually like to get gel manicure & pedicure. I had Karen do my gel manicure & design three times. The first time i didn’t get her name because she is kind of new to the salon but luckily i got her again the last 2 times. One time my pedicure was done by Paula, which turned out good too! Both Karen and Paula took their time with me and made sure I was satisfied with my nails :) Karen always made sure every detail was perfect, she does an amazing job and is very talented!

+ Christine was pretty experienced, and she understands the design I wanted right away. did a fantastic job!

I came in right when they opened today and everyone was super friendly and greeted me. I didn’t have an appointment, but they still took me in right away. Christine the manager did my manicure and I loved it! She took her time and was super friendly and was very attentive! I love how they give you their full attention and not get side tracked or speak to other co workers while working. Julie on the other hand did my pedicure and was also amazing! She took her time and was very gentle. This is by far the best place to go to in chino hills if you want to receive great customer service and for the quality! This will definitely be my go to place when I’m in town :)

I have been coming here for over 4 years now! I have been more than happy with my every service I have tried! Kelly is this best she always is very detail on my feet and does an amazing job! I love the new rock massage that is implemented now on your treatment! I have very dryyyy get omg and she always brings my Toes back to life and boy I know for many that may seem like an mission impossible type task!
Other things you should know!
1) plenty of parking in the front!
2)every visit you accumulate points for visit
3) sanitization has never been an issue here!
4) comfortable seating
5) cleaning bathroom always
6) front desk in check in is always kind to me!
7) wide variety of polish and design selection!
8) the staff from day one have always been very professional

This is the only nail salon I go to. They are very clean and they do an amazing job with my nails. I always come in for a gel pedicure and sometimes a manicure and I looove how my nails look every single time!
I’d always call ahead of time to make an appointment because they seem to be always busy. I would not want to just walk in especially when I really need to get my nails done for an event or the weekend.
The people working here are very friendly as well. They have many different types of specials you can have done like scrubs, callous removal, massages, etc. They also have other services like waxing.
I love the huge variety of nail colors they have! Definitely my most favorite nail salon EVERR :) I can’t imagine getting my nails done anywhere else.

Duey (sorry if I butchered your name) was very sweet and attentive to detail. I’m going on two and half weeks without chipping and I am EXTREMELY hard on my hands– like the worst.

And the most rude receptionist award goes to…
I’ve been going to this nail salon for awhile and customer service has gotten so bad!
Ridiculous how this receptionist talks back, does not take any consideration to anything you say or request, seems so absent minded and irresponsible. She should not work in customer service because she cannot answer or take messages. Just because she speaks English doesn’t mean she’s a great fit. I am tired of dealing with her I rather speak to a fob Vietnamese woman instead. She is so frustrating to talk to over the phone, unfortunately I will not return to q nails because I can’t trust Maureen with my personal requests because she failed me 4 times. What does it mean when I ask for a female nail tech only? What does it mean when I say to call me back? Do you even know how to use a credit card machine? Why do you sound so unhappy over the phone? I can go on forever.

I wanted to do regular mani/​pedi but they kept on insisting me to do deluxe mani/​padi. The lady said price for Removing gel that I already had is included in deluxe package and it’s worth to get deluxe package because if not they will have to charge me $ 10 for removing gel anyways.
Ok. After everything is done, she charged additional $ 5 + $ 10 for removing my gel. I asked twice that that is not what they said at the beginning. But they just kept on saying they had to remove my gel so have to charge additional $ 10. I didn’t want to talk to them anymore. So total came out to be $ 70.
Never ever will go back here.
