Great place to rent a computer. Alberto is a great owner. Some kids were little roudy though.

I guess with more business raising the price is ok. Just have issues with the opening times. I’ve been here four times in the opening hours trying to fit in a couple hours before work or an appointment but the people always seem to be 20 – 40 minutes late. I understand it can happen once or twice but if this is a daily thing, and it seems like it when I talk to other people waiting with me, then you should at least change the hours so that the customer isn’t wrongly informed. No compensation for making the customer wait. The place is great but I hole management gets tighter with the time or change it to a hour later or something if 10 is too early for people to wake up.

I had a very poor experience here, first off don’t expect them to have all the latest game installments, they have a policy where only 3 people can play a game at the same time so if you’re coming with a group of 4 – 5 friends don’t expect to be able to play any games together. Bought 3 hours with my friends and we were only able to play for 1 hour while spending the other 2 trying to load up games only to find them unavailable or having to update them. Overall a very poor experience; the lady in the front seemed like she didn’t really know what was going on either and just talked with her friends in the front. Overall pretty poor experience

Been here since the beginning and honestly its pretty bad. the service is alright but sometimes they play games themselves and it takes them 10 mins or more to get to you. which just runs more of your time. Then every single computer needs to install or update the games taking anywhere from 10 – 50 or so mins. The last two times I’ve been there I’ve spent two hours just sitting there updating whatever game i wanted to play let alone having to had waited for the computer to boot up in the longest boot up process Ive ever seen on a computer. All that aside the computers can run ultra which is nice when you get in the game yet its still insanely laggy in most games. Basically if you aren’t there to play league then be ready to have tons of time wasted before you get into the game then tons of lag when you get in. I think I’m pretty much done trying to play games at the grid. Overall pretty bad experience unless you only play league then its about average as an experience. Mabye if they added something to message the people at the front desk thatll get them to respond you faster and not forget you.

The grid is already a great place to game but last night I experienced something great. I experienced a employee named genine(I hope I spelt that right) she was such a nice person and the vibe she gave out was superb she is beautiful and her personality matches her. Her customer service was above and beyond and her manners was above par. If only everybody hired people like her the world might see the good in people. I hope someone reads this and gives her the credit she deserves because, mark my words she deserves it and more. Thanks for the great night and I hope this means a lot. Sincerely Mr. one dollar

Love it here, I hope this cyber lounge will continue to exist and update it’s technology as time passes. The current hardware is up to date and surpasses all gaming and computing expectations.

Update 10÷24÷15 I requested at the desk that management download the new free night map for Battlefield 4 off of Origin 2 weeks ago but they still haven’t unfortunately. Me and a few friends have been wanting to test it out. Hopefully they will soon. :/

A home away from home! Coming from K-Town and LA, a pc café is a mandatory part of my life. The Grid brings a fresh new enviroment with it’s unique layout, more than helpful employees, and its remarkable service. Stepping into the grid offers a nice change of pace after a hard day at work or school. And I HAVE to go into detail of the amazing service and respect you receive from the employees! Whenever there’s an issue or a bug, you need only ask and it’ll be fixed in a jiffy! It’s been more than 4 long years, and straight from the very first day, it felt like I’d already known the people working behind the counter since the day I was born! The computers are starting to show their age a little I must admit, but still gives more than enough kick to be able to run all your favorite games! League of Legends, Counter-Strike, Battlefield, Call of Duty… Etc. My score is a jaw-dropping 5 stars because to this very day, I still haven’t found something to complain about and I still receive excellent service from The Grid!

I was here for an hour. The games were buggy, the first computer I went to had no sound, the second one I went to couldn’t run the games I wanted. Spent an hour here to play games I already had cause all the other ones were updating or weren’t working.

This place was meant to be comfortable. You can play games say CSGO, LoL, WoW etc. or simply surf the net. The staff here are nice and prices here are reasonable($ 2.50 an hour, and $ 12.50 all day($ 17.50 during weekend). First timers need to create username in order to use the computers.

So I came in to the grid tonight and when I open a drink I bought it exploded on the floor. Mauricio instantly offered to clean it up. He wasn’t even on the clock, best employee ever.

0⁄10 would not come again. Steam games are always outdated, music is way to loud, had to wait 10mins for the guy who works here to finish his game before he can add hours to my account. Overall not a good experience, i’d rather drive to E-Games, or Netfragz. The only thing good thing about this place is that there’s plenty of parking since its next to a movie theater.
