Universal Inspect

After checking Unilocal I found Universal Inspect. A little confusion around the addresses? I called 888 627‑1131.
Most reviews are listed under Wilshire location. But my report has the Chino Hills address. I was greeted promptly by James Huggins. He did a complete inspection. He mentioned he also had a camera to inspect sewer. But I had already hired a sewer inspection company. James looked at the footings on this 1950 home with a crawl space.
Both realtors were very impressed with his inspection and took his card.
The report is thorough. It has photos and makes it easy for the buyer to assemble a list for repairs. Thank you James for being available and on time.
