Doctor is great. Nurses are not always great. Depends who is there. I was the first to come in and it took 15 minutes for them to do the shot! Nurse was slow

I had hives for 3 months my PA sent me to Dr Lin at the Allergy & Asthma center in Chino, after several visits he said he could not figure out what was causing my hives and that it may come back again and go away after a couple months. I mentioned that the allergy test they had run stated I was allergic to dogs but not cats when in reality I’m allergic to cats and not dogs. I felt these tests were inaccurate and when I asked him to run some more allergy test his response to me was basically, why make the insurance company pay out more money for unnecessary test. When I kind of pushed him to run more tests he said he would and gave me the paperwork when I looked at the paperwork it stated to bill the third party, which would be me. I felt he was putting the insurance company ahead of his patient, (myself) well being. I will never go back to this doctor.

For so many years I had been putting off getting allergy tested because I was afraid of how much it would cost. Also, I didn’t think I could afford to pay a copay every time I went in to get allergy shots.
Finally, I made the appt. The whole testing appt only cost my co pay! No extra fees. And the doctor asked the right kind of questions regarding my allergies and the triggers. He worked with me and gave me a good deal on my allergy shots, since he knew I couldn’t afford it. Now, 2 months into my shot series, my animal allergies are so much better! I can play with my dog now!
This decision has truly changed my life. And it wouldn’t have been possible without the generosity of Dr. Henry Lin.

Excellent staff and caring doctors and P. A,‘s.The office is very clean and welcoming .My son is very happy coming for his immunotherapy shots and they even use cold spray to dull the pain. Plus off kid patients a lil treasure chest of goodies. Love this place
