This place sucked. The lady was very rude, sucked at icing my cake, and didn’t pay attention to me until after I said «hello excuse me» for the fifth time.

had an ice cream cake from this place. the decoration was very pretty and the cake was yummy! clean place, friendly staff, will definitely visit again soon!

Came here to get some ice cream the other day and was extremely pleased with my exp. I highly recommend the flavor of the month, «Oreo Malt Madness». The staff was very friendly and even gave my nephew a regular size scoop when we asked for a kids size! Overall great experience.

I came here not too long ago while craving something refreshing in extremely hot weather when I was in the area. I ordered the Cappuccino Blast, and the owner made it just the way I like it: not too icy, and very smooth. When I tell servers at other Baskin Robbins how I want my Cappuccino, they can never seem to get it right, but this place was right on the money! I’ll definitely be coming back here again to get my Cappuccino fix!

Great trip to Baskin Robins, Denisse and Emilie are very welcoming, they both have great customer service! Also, The ice cream flavors are all amazing, highly recommend Oreo Malt Madness, flavor of the month.

Well I can’t complain as loud as I want. I took my lovely daughter for an ice cream yesterday and was reasonably surprised that the total was ONLY $ 5. I would have expected $ 10. As far as the service, EXCELLENT! What an amazing staff. They do their job well. I would give the service 5 stars but the pricing on other items is too much for just an ice cream.

I love the Gold Medal Ribbon ice cream and the Snickers sundae. Every time I come here I enjoy myself to a great treat. The staff is friendly and the establishment is clean.

This used to be a pretty good place before the new owner took it over he’s very unfriendly and very’s stingy on the ice cream you get I mean I I don’t mind paying $ 13 for little bit of ice cream but I would like my moneys worth out of this Baskin-​Robbins you do not get that I will not be returning to this Baskin-​Robbins I think I will start going to handles ice cream they are much friendlier you get more bang for your buck

Baskin Robbins is decent but super over priced. This is the worst location I have ever visited though. The Asian man and women are EXTREMELY rude and cheap. Rude to their workers, and the customers. They skimp big time on the ice cream. They barely speak English. Not to mention the store is very dirty. They will probably go out of business because they don’t know how to run a business and be courteous.

Nice neighborhood BR. Other reviewers are right about the owners. They are tightwads & dress their employees down in front of costumers. I overheard an older Asian man scolding one of the young girls (employee) for being generous with the scoops. The girls (workers) are always nice and friendly and provide good service. I always make it a point to give them a tip.

Ice cream is okay… wayyyyy overpriced here though! Id hit up a rite aid for a couple scoops of thrifty ice cream any day over this place… better ice cream and way cheaper!

It’s a Baskin-​Robbins chain so you know what to expect, but the service is always very friendly at this location, they accept coupons, and they make the best mocha blast in the area! I recommend it with Jamocha ice cream— scrumptious!

Baskin Robbins is dang good ice cream. I crave pistachio almond and chocolate chip like a druggie craves crack. Since all 31 Flavors sell the same ice cream in all shops, my review for this location isn’t about the ice cream. It’s about the measly servings for the price we pay and the owner’s crappy attitude. If I’m going to pay $ 10.99 for 2 sundaes, the man needs to stop being so dang frugal. Sometimes I go in there and the kids aren’t so stingy, which is why I walk in there dreading to see the old man. When I don’t get my money’s worth, it makes me pretty mad.

I bought an ice cream cake for my grandmother for Mother’s Day. The cake was fine, really nice looking too. The problem is the lady (not a young kid, so I’m assuming she was the owner) asked me if I wanted a message on the cake. «Sure,» I say. «Please have it say, ‘Happy Mother’s Day, Grandma.» She takes a few minutes to write the message in small red frosting (It was a pretty small cake.), rang me up, and I left. When I got in the car I looked at my receipt and realized she had charged me $ 7 to write those 4 words on the cake! If that’s what they charge (The cake was already $ 25.99!), then fine, but she should’ve told me about the extra charge. If I wasn’t in a hurry I would’ve argued it. Yeah, this is an ice cream shop and not a bakery, but every bakery writes a message on the cake for free! Not here– they charge an additional 25% to write on the cake. Booooo!

My mom picked up my Ice-​cream birthday cake ohh my gosh it was so good. Pistachio-​almond. I think I gsined acouple afeter eating I think it was like half the cake. LOL

I only go here because it’s the closest one to my house besides the Rite Aid across the street from it. It’s alright, slightly overpriced, but the only place I can get my Jamoca Oreo ice cream… so for that reason, it gets 4 stars!

On the outside it looks like any other of the millions of baskin robbins around the country. The decorations are modern, but really people come to baskin robbins for the ice cream. Way better than the cold stone trend, tgif, pink berries, and other frozen yogurt chains. What more than the 31 + flavors can you ask for… there is something here for everybody.
Anyhow on with the review, the ice cream and products and ambiance are the same as every other baskin robbins. What separates this place is the customer service. They have a great staff… they are pretty generous with the serving sizes. I’ve ordered a few cakes, and those have been awesome. They even let me order a cake with multiple flavors of ice cream. I know the stores are individually owned, but this ownership is top notch. I have been to other stores, where they don’t even accept the coupons or promotions. This is the best baskin robbins i have been too.

Great service and the cakes are some of the best I’ve seen! They’re nice and neat, clean, and very delicious looking, not to mention with the recent remodeling done, the Baskin Robbins looks better than ever.
The employees are really nice and are fast but efficient with the customer service.
