If I could give a 0 stars I would. What a rip. Brain Research Labs is a horrible company and pray on the elderly. Im taking care of a 82 years old lady who is very with it and self helping and asked multiple times if this product was a vegan plant based, and NO its not! Its obvious by the other reviews this company is the worst kind of company promising the fountain of youth to our elders and praying on them and their trusting natures. DONTBUYFROMTHISCOMPANY.

I’ve called several times to get their marketing company to STOP sending my 91 yr old Dad suffering from dementia from sending their crappy marketing letter. Each time I’m told they will take him off their mailing list but they continue coming & my Dad insists that I read the entire piece to him, which is set up like a newspaper with lots of rambling on sales pitching & quotes from folks using this product, in little tiny print. This lab & their marketing company should be closed down & there should be some laws against their incessant harassing of the elderly… which is what I consider they are doing.

My 87 year old mother saw the ad on TV and called the company rep, Brandon who convinced her that this medicine would cleanse her brain and clear out all the fat that had built up which slowed down her brain! $ 180 later a 90 day supply of the magic pills showed up along with two books. She gave her credit card # and was informed that she would be set up on auto refill. After 10 days of «cleansing her brain», she didn’t feel any different and called to cancel. Brandon went into a big sales pitch and after my mother hung up on he he called back and told her she had to listen to him… He finally agreed to cancel the auto refill, but did not offer any refund… This is a very expensive vitamin supplement that is being sold as a wonder memory enhancing medication. Stay away!

As with the other reviews this place is a rip off. I am conservator for an 88 yr old woman with dementia. I found these ‘pills’ and accompanying receipt for $ 134. among some other boxes at my friends house. I could not believe the price, etc. I contacted the company today and asked for the money back. I was told ‘no’, b/c I was past the return date. I asked who would take this kind of money from someone who can barely speak. Did not bother the company at all. Do NOT deal with this company!

A package with supplement pills for memory loss was received. My89 year old wife absolutely did not order them. When I called about returning them, they said they would refund $ 15, then $ 30, and we could keep them. That shows they are worthless. I am returning them and putting the charge in dispute. On line it says the price is $ 39.95. The charge was $ 73.32 including S & H. This company preys on the elderly. Did I have to give it one star?

My elderly mother was recently declared incompetent. After placing her in a nursing home, a 90 day supply was received. I had no idea she had ordered it. It turns out that this shipment was the second and the first of a recurring shipment they had set up. After reading some of the reviews on the internet, I became infuriated that my mother had fallen victim to this scam much the same as other seniors. When I called to get a return authorization number and stop the recurring shipments, the representative suggested their«quick pay» option. My mothers total bill was $ 134.84 less $ 14.85 for shipping= $ 120.00 The quick pay option offered was a one time automatic refund of $ 60.00. When I asked him about the remaining $ 60.00 he said some people would rather just take the $ 60 and be done with it.

Brain Research Labs, LLC pressured my 86 year old mother to buy almost $ 600.00 worth of supplements over the phone. She did not remember ordering them and when she call to return them the sales person said: «…that’s why you need these pills mam.» She asked to return them and he offered to give her $ 100 refund if she kept them. She said no and he kept offering partial refunds to keep the pills all the way down to $ 400.00. She said; «where would I put them» and he suggested she put them in her closet! My mom got so frustrated with him she finally hung up. I called the next day and demanded a full refund. After another sales pitch the sales woman finally gave me a return number and I paid to ship them back. We will see if we ever get a refund.
