Ryhan has fixed my 2009 MacBook laptop on two separate issues. Each time he has been nothing but fast at completing the job, and also each time he has tried his best to save me the most money. He is very knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend him to friends or family if they need any type of similar repair service. The first time I came to them, was for a broken screen and LCD which he replaced and fixed. The next issue was my laptop battery that swollen and more my laptop. He helped me replace the battery and also the bottom panel of my laptop. Overall, I am very pleased.

I was going to bring my laptop to Best Buy but based on a review I read of this place, I decided to take my chances here. I also had a computer that my kids had left for dead. Ryhan gave me options. Brand new laptop at a good deal or he could save the one I brought. I chose the new laptop and he gave me some credit from my old laptop.
Next laptop I had had lots of viruses and Ryhan had shown me another laptop (refurbished this time) when I came in the first time. I was set on just trading in and paying the difference. But to my surprise, Ryhan advised me that it would be best for him just to fix my laptop. Even though he could have made more money if he sold me the refurbished one he had, he didn’t.
Last one was a desktop I purchased 10 years ago. Through the years it had slowed down and just this year it was just terrible so I got another desktop. But after seeing Ryhan’s work with my son’s laptop from 2010, I brought my desktop in.
Glad I read reviews for this place. If not for reviews, it would be a hit and miss. Ryhan is very honest and will give you the best advice. Nowadays that is seldomly heard of.
I’m glad I did not go to Best Buy. I have brought my computers to Best Buy before but they do not provide the customer service that this place does.

I recently had issues with my Dell laptop. After some research, I determine it to be an internal hardware issue. I took it over to Rhyan who infact verified that it was a bad memory card. He offered to replace the card right on the spot with no charges but the part… What…FREE labor… Who does that. Being that I’m in Law Enforcement and a first time customer, I asked a few questions about him and his shop. To my satisfaction, I authorized Rhyan to do the repair and even hold on to it for a file clean up. He even added a couple malwhare scanners for me too. The service was completed the next day with no other issues. His professionalism and rates are well worth me making him my new go to computer guru…

Just picked up my computer and it works like a champ! I left it dead– and now it works great! Owner is a super cool guy and is up front and honest with what he’s going to do and charge. I will definitely go back if any of my gadgets falter. (ie) phone, iPad, etc. Thanks again!
