Contempo Bodywork Studio

Well, my review is EXACTLY the same as the others, unfortunately. I wished there was a 0 star option for this place. I, too, bought a 90 minute massage for this place through Amazon local back in August 2012, and I tried to contact their business on a couple of different occasions back in the fall to book an appointment and no one ever answered the phone, and when I left messages, no one ever bothered to call me back. SO, over the holiday season, we got busy and the gift certificate got shoved into one of our drawers. Well, the other day I pulled it out and saw that it was about to expire, so I tried contacting the business another 2 times, mentioning in my message that I have a voucher that was about to expire, and needed to make an appointment, but once again no one ever bothered to return my calls. So, I finally got fed up and contacted Amazon local, and I now being credited back my money. This business is a scam. Do NOT waste your time or money on them. They will take it, and you will never hear from them again.

Another unhappy (could have been) customer. I purchased a massage through Amazon Local, and left a message three times to make an appointment and never received a call back. The fourth, fifth and sixth time I called it said the mailbox was full. I called Amazon Local to get a refund and left negative feedback. How is this place still in business? Don’t waste your time or money with this one! Here’s a tip, if you want business be courteous and call people back, even if its to tell them you cant fit them in. Sheesh

If I could rate a 0, I would ! Took forever to finally book an appointment, and then when my daughter arrived, there was no one there. The salon was closed, and she drove half an hour to get this massage, and on her birthday, at that ! What a flake and a disappointment ! Very unprofessional ! Do not recommend to anyone, you will get a no show from these people ! Try Mint Leaf Thai Massage around the corner on First Street, but don’t go to this place !

My husband just had a massage from Diana, the owner of Contempo Bodywork Studio, and he said it was the best massage he has ever had! He is an athlete, and has had many massages, so this is really high praise! Apparently the business is located inside a nail salon, and is quite small and unassuming. He was worried that it’s lack of street appeal might put off potential clients, so I told him I would write a Unilocal review for him. He would like the world to know that Contempo Bodywork Studio is a phenomenal, fantastic, top-​notch place to go for a massage.
