Went again this year for my carriage ride and it was awesome as usual. Although it took a minute to find them this year at the Festival of Lights because they had a different corner, my ride was still amazing. The girls that work the ticket booth and ground are just wonderful and friendly. They had a new all black horse named Joey. A little on the spunky side, but just beautiful. I will be back next year for my ride again. Thanks again for a great ride!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! I’m so devastated!
I shelled out the whopping $ 55 for one of their (short though expensive) princess carriage rides at the Festival of Lights in riverside and the girl assured me I would have plenty of time to take photos but that was a BLATANT LIE!!! I was rushed on and off carriage and was told they were on a strict time frame! Completely rude and obnoxious about it as well! Such a waste!!! I want to cry!
Terrible company! I would never ever pay them another dime and I certainly don’t recommend them, if anything I say go with any other carriage company out there!
