GEM Mortgage

Thank you, I cannot say it enough. Our house was sold and we were in escrow for a week with another lender on our new home but they didn’t want to give us a straightforward answer to our questions about the loan. We were refered to GEM by our realtor and we have a thousand and one questions for Eric and his team. Every question we ask was followed by and answer specific to that question. We never got a roundabout answer or another question to our question. We were shopping with another lender and they were out of state but they gave us the best rate and we were ready to start the loan process with them until we went and talked to Eric. He matched everything and he was local.
I cannot give all my thanks to Eric, his staff was very fast and accurate, they even closed and funded our loan in a speedy 10 days. I will be back to visit GEM for my next loan.
