To update: I picked up my redone ottoman and the material is tight with no wrinkles, creased corners and material all running the same direction but… They put a single stitch all the way around the top edge using white thread with expresso brown material! Give up. There was no charge but I had to take a brown sharpie to the stitch to cover it up.
Nice people but I won’t be back.
