This business is a total scam. The guy came and gave an estimate then went back on everything discussed then lied w more false facts after that. He confirmed everything after our Mtg via text exchange, then he completely denied it just the day before the job.
The story was simple. $ 2500 all inclusive and we only get plants, anything that’s not grass, he covers sod, labor and soil and sprinkler and installation. Any additional thing we want like rock path etc we will pay more. I asked him multiple times, he said yes the only thing we pay just the plants, he covers everything else. He said so verbally as well as in text. I asked «you sure you cover sod? «He said «Yes ma’am. «Then the day b4 the job, he changed the entire story. So yes this is NOT cool and extremely unprofessional.
I understand business expanses arise, and construction guys deserve every penny for very hard work. And even if it’s becuz he’s been on jobs so he couldn’t do a detailed breakdown. The solution to that is to re-​negotiate honorably instead of lying w excuses after excuses.
I respect what these ppl do, but he did not respected my & our time. 3 days it took I tried to confirm everything. He said Yes, then he said completely something else. This is just wrong.
The answer is simple, he realized he needed more money. But he couldn’t ask for more without lying. So he said …

This way he can add the cost up to rationalize his lack of preparations AFTER he already gave a quote visiting our space in PERSON. Like really?!! You can’t even lie w a good story? You gotta argue your way out of it instead of saying «sorry, I can’t do it for this, I need $xxx more» & just be honest & professional is that difficult?!
Who in the world pays $ 600 to install sod without the sod? Install sprinkler without the sprinkler for $ 400??? I was disgusted w the last min cancellation and the total unprofessionalism of it all. Lies upon lies. Total time waster!

Called for a price quote over the phone, Spoked with Arron great guy. Two days later came to the house removed my hot tub and also all my junks from the backyard. Would recommended to anyone who wanted to remove junks from there house.

Our backyard was totally overrun with weeds but they came out, landscaped and I was able to have my kids in the backyard the same day! I even got some gardening tips for my new garden. They are experts, courteous, and professional.

This company picked up the phone on the first ring, got the name of the property we needed to have items hauled away from. Called us back in 2 hours from in front of the property we wanted and gave us a price that was lower than what we expected quote and took the items away immediately. This was great service!
