My experience with Metro Carpet & Flooring was absolutely fantastic. We called 3 different companies, instead of asking me to go to the showroom first, they were the only one that came to my house with samples, suggestions and an estimate. Both the laminate and carpet teams were professional, quick and their work was flawless. We couldn’t be happier with our new laminate wood floors downstairs and carpet upstairs! I have had many comments from both friends and family in regard to how great it looks. We are pleased with their workmanship and we look forward to working with them on future projects.

I came across Metro Carpet and Flooring, when shopping for floor coverings for my condo renovation project. Personally, I like to ask many tedious and specific questions in my selection of a qualified service provider for the project. Sometimes I could come off as blunt and suspicious in my questions; yet, compared to the other retailers I spoke with, Sean and Eric both seemed patient and knowledgeable in addressing my concerns and presenting a good selection of flooring samples that match with my needs.
Perhaps, managing another carpet location in the Orange County area gives them the experiences of better understanding their customers’ needs. I decided on the laminate flooring for the downstairs and Mohawk carpet for the upstairs. Needless to say, the installation process was a breeze; the installers did a great job in a timely manner — they also did a great job cleaning up and not leaving any undue damages. One exemplary practice that I noticed is how well they prepped and cleaned the floor before laying down the padding evenly on the bare floor on which the carpet would go on. Sean and his team did a professional job. I will definitely recommend their service and products to the fellow Unilocalers.
