The people who work here are very sweet/​nice and will do work to help you out. They have GREAT customer service and the manager Christopher is awesome. He will listen to your problem and will help you out in every way he could.
As for Sprint service, it’s not as good. My phone calls kept dropping. But I was able to return the phone with no penalties. I REALLY wish the service for the phone worked or else I would have stayed with them.

Associates disguise charges and claim you are getting something free when you are actually paying for the item (s). They claim you can get «free phone accessories» while paying for your «phone taxes.» NOTHING IS FREE! You are actually out right paying for the so called «free phone accessories» and not taxes they claim exist. These so called taxes do not exist and is a cover they have created to sell accessories with the customer believing they have paid for mandatory «phone taxes.» Customer believes they got free phone accessories as a freebie while paying for the fictitious taxes. They purposely do not provide the receipt because they know they are lying and you are outright purchasing expensive accessories they have disguised as «phone taxes.» Beware of any other lying and disguising this store may do in order to make a profit at your expense. Get a receipt and any other documentation that backs up what the associates are claiming to prevent being SCAMMED BY THE STORE ASSOCIATES!!!

do not use this store they lie. i was given a free tablet but assisatnt manager put on the contractthat i will 10.00 pe rmonth for the tablet plus 10.00 of data use. she also said thatthe s5 is the same as the note 4, which is untrue the s5 cannot do much as the note 4. when calling the store they are rude and dont answer the phone. sprint customer service has been calling the store to resolve the isue but teh store has faield to cooperate. they do not know what they are doing at this store.

Great friendly staff that is willing to go out of there way to make sure you’re happy.
