Subway

Eat at subways everywhere at least once a week. There are better stores here and there, but together as a whole — Subway rocks! Of course I’ll continue to go back to them everywhere.

I appreciate Subway’s consistency in providing a quality inexpensive sandwich. Yes, there are delis with higher quality, but when time is tight and you need something to go (with lots of toppings and locations everywhere), this chain comes through!

Worst sandwich ever tonight! We’ve had bad food from here before but have always given them the benefit of the doubt. However, I think this will be the last time. We’ll have to stick with Jersey Mike’s. There was only one slice of meat. At first I thought they forgot the avocado but eventually I found it. The sandwich was ALL lettuce basically. I would try another Subway, but I understand the proprietors of this one also own two others locally.

I love this subway. It’s always my go to subway even though there’s one a minute away from my home. Like every other establishment, there are certain girls who look like they’re ready to snap with bad attitudes but there’s a girl named Cassandra who always has a great attitude here. That’s rare! She never seems frustrated. She’s definitely the kind of person I would enjoy working with in any setting. Good job Cassandra keep it up! Tip your sandwich artists

Everytime I come here and Manuela is working I know I’m getting my sandwich made right, quickly and with a smile. Hey subway manager, give the woman a raise! She earned it!

Super friendly staff that cracked a few jokes with me. I love when employees show customers that they love being there and they love people.
Make sure to keep an eye out for the $ 5 Footlong of the month!

Nice, they weren’t stingy with their meat. Usually they barely give you any meet in the sandwich and this was the owner making the sandwich, so that should tell you something. I don’t know why this place has three stars, but my overall experience was great compared to other Subways!

I can always rely on this location for good customer satisfaction and quality in food handling. Even though I don’t eat Subway often, this is where I usually go if I want Subway. I went here for lunch after not coming to this one in a long while, and I was impressed with their work ethic and preparation.
Everyone who walks through the door is immediately greeted by all the employees in the store (or at least that is what I noticed). My guy was super nice and helpful… he had to repeat back my order a couple of times because he would just forget what I said, but whatever. It happens to the best of us at times.
I noticed how routine and frequent their hand-​washing was every time they entered the prep station, and that is what impressed me the most, actually. I know all food handlers anywhere should do this, but c’mon, you know some people don’t.
The food is pretty standard. I can’t say anything bad about it because it all seems to be fresh to the visible eye and kept up to code. Tastes the same everywhere I go, but I just like this location. It’s probably because nothing they neatly pack all the ingredients in the bread, and it never spills out of the bottom of the sandwich.

Wooo Hooo… $ 3.50 footlong cold cuts! The sandwich artists are super friendly and competent!

$ 2 6inch cold cut combo for lunch… What a steal. This is part of their promotion for the month of December 2013, and I must say, it’s pretty awesome. This also applies for their famous meatball marinara 6inch too (not a fan of that one).

I don’t choose to go to subway ever. But when the have deals this cheap for healthy sandwiches, I can’t say no.
This location isn’t that clean. Customers don’t throw their trash away and leave them on tables instead. I can’t really blame the workers here for not cleaning up after all their messy customers since there’s only 2 – 3 working at one time and they’re all busy making sandwiches. This location gets a lot of foot traffic, especially during lunch and on. A middle school is located near by and the students tend to come here for a bite after class. Fair warning! These kids are annoying.

The inside is small, 4 tables. Good subs, not the best just good.

This Subway is pretty normal. Just what you would expect from a Subway store.

My mother asked me to buy food since she was hungry. but yeah came to this pne. Horrible service i have EVER had at a subway. EVER! i have been to all the ones here in Chino (schaeffer, central, pipeline. etc) and this one is the worst one ever.
I came here on a friday night and there were no customers. There were 3 workers and two were inside the counter. This hispanic male helped me out and was the worse server ever.
I guess he probably had a bad experience with a previous customer. but then I thought to myself… uhh what customer? there is no one here! so whatever I take my time so I can decide on which sandwich to get and I had to repeat myself 3 times and he just wasnt getting it right.
I asked for extra peppercinnis on the side and he put them in one of the cookie bags when usually other subways put them in little plastic containers (well this part is whatever doesnt really matter).
And for some reason the raspberry iced tea i got tasted all watered down.
The whole time i was thinking to myself how I should have just gone to Phở or lees sandwhich like my mother requested. blah.

This was my second time to this Subway and both times I got horrible service and they were cheapy on the meat/​veggies. Not going back to this one again.

Great now someone is suspiciously writing fake reviews and bashing their local competition. So Freaking fake its hilarious. Reviews are on the same date and both reviewers wrote only two reviews.“rave” reviews about «their» Subway. Pathetic

Used to frequent this Subway; stopped now that the Schaeffer branch opened.
Customer service is mediocre at best. You’ll always feel like a stranger inside. There was a certain worker, male slightly larger, who played favorites with the more attractive ladies. Bonus points if you spoke Spanish. Compared to the service they got, along with the sandwich, I was shafted in terms of quality and quantity.
This one is a no go.
