I’m going to have to agree with Kirk V… I live in the GreenBrier & Birchwood Community and there are absolutely zero perks to living in this community. For the amount we residents pay monthly we should have full access to all pools, parkhouses, events, etc… I don’t think anyone can validate where the community HOA funds are spent. They claim to spend money on maintenance but the gardening around the community looks like shit. This is a sad sad community with zero benefits gained from paying HOA fees.

So we live in the Preserve — Greenbrier & Birchwood to be exact. Every month we are debited $ 66.50 for the Preserves Master HOA and yet we are told we are excluded from using the Parkhouse. What kind of retard came up with this? Absolutely disgusted. Shame on this community. Total fail and zero. We were told there was nothing that could be done.

This review is for the farmer’s market. Runs on Saturdays from 9 am– 2pm. This market was tiny but needs some more help from the Unilocal community. I was able to pick up a bunch of different treats. I’m all about supporting the small business. We showed up today for the last 45 minutes or so. Started it off with an apple pie $ 3, candied pecans and a pumpkin tart $ 10, then picked up some hummus and pitas $ 10, some monster tamales half dozen for $ 17.50, a Mediterranean salad from Papa Murphy’s(I know it’s not a small business) $ 5, black bean brownie $ 2(such, don’t tell the kids they are made with no flour and little sugar), and ended with blood orange olive oil and orange guava balsamic vinegar $ 18. Everything was great. Plenty of samples and some things were out by the time we got there. Lots of fresh fruit and veggies there too. We will need to go back and try it out earlier in the morning.
