This place is the best place for donuts, coffee, orange juice, breakfast burritos, and everything they have to eat!!! the owners are very nice and the employees too!

One of my coworker took me here. She said that she has been craving for some donuts and the only place she likes in Chino Hills area is the Winchell’s Donut House. I ordered their Banana Nut muffin, Bran Muffin and Bar Chocolate Iced donut [yes, all that JUST FOR MYSELF]. Store is easy to find and there is a good amount of parking.
Donut — fresh and warm. Too sweet.
Muffin — bit too dry per my taste.
Personally I would not return back to this location again despite their other breakfast options.

I’ve been here twice and it’s always a good experience. The donuts are fresh in my experience. In the morning they have fresh squeezed orange juice and green juice. Yum! The prices are really good, too.

Breakfast burritos, fresh squeezed juice (mine consisted of oranges, beets and carrots!!) which was a pleasant surprise. They have a ton of options when it comes to food! If you’re in the need for a quick pick me up, definitely stop by this Winchell’s, you won’t be disappointed.

Very bad experience I went at midnight tried to catch new doughnuts but i was given old one’s from the day before. In the end i read a plaque saying «if you don’t get a receive receipt you get a free doughnut» well i did not get my receipt and the cashier argued and argued towards me saying the receipt was in the trash can and that counts so i get no doughnut. I left wit no doughnut and a angry mother in the car.

Back in the day, while growing up Winchell’s had the best donuts, Fresh all day long.
Not any more apparently. Visited this location. The donuts in the case looked old, the glazes and frostings look dry and were flaking off. Went ahead a bought a donut. No surprise, when it was stale. Tasted like day old donut. Certainly nothing was fresh here.
The store was filthy and in desperate need of scrubbing.

Not only are the quality of donuts excellent, the customer service is even better! I have been going to this Winchells ever since I moved to this area. I have always been very satisfied with the donuts. Recently I went in to buy a few dozen to take with me to a place that I volunteer at and when the owner, Bill, found this out, he «donated» the donuts! He said that since I am donating my time, he would like to donate the donuts. That really impressed me. I am a customer for life!

Disappointed with quality. We have never been let down by Winchell’s until we visited this location. The donuts tasted old and stale, and had a weird waxy flavor. I felt like I bought a box of 1 to 2 day old donuts. We ended up disposing of most of them.
