I needed some tile adhesive on a Sunday. My wife called and they explained they had some and encouraged us to call their installer to make sure we were getting the correct stuff. I made the trip to the store and was greeted warmly and with excellent questions regarding my project, again, to make sure I got what I needed. The store was tidy, well organized, and gave an impression of quality and attention to detail. In the end I left with what I needed and will likely be back again.
