A delightful downtown gem in historic downtown Chippewa Falls! We discovered Lucy’s on Unilocal and stopped in for breakfast on a weekend trip to CF. The inside of the café is adorable, and they have an extensive offering of breakfast and lunch items. I enjoyed a slice of homemade spinach and mushroom quiche and half of a generously sized almond poppyseed muffin. My other breakfast counterparts enjoyed bagels. I did notice that the deli served Boar’s Head meats, a quality brand that can be hard to find in the upper Midwest. I would definitely stop by again while in town. Thanks for a delicious breakfast and the wonderful customer service!

Really good sandwiches. Made to order. They have nice selection of menu items, or you can ‘create your own’ with a variety of meats, cheeses, veggies, and bread. Wine by the glass, Leinie’s bottled beer, craft sodas, iced tea. Lemonade, and delicious coffee.
Friendly staff and good prices. Sidewalk seating in the summer.

Lucy’s was wonderful. Their staff was super friendly and even willing to make a BLT when it wasn’t on their menu. There was a bit of a wait for the food, but that’s expected when you bring a hockey team in right at lunch time on a Saturday. There was plenty of seating. The atmosphere was wonderful. I’d give it five stars, except my daughter’s macaroni and cheese was burned, and she’s too sweet to say anything, or I’m sure they would have fixed it. The food was great!

This is a fantastic eatery. Enjoyed lunch here and their sandwiches are some of the best I’ve had! I ate the Becky’s Sassy Turkey — fantastic.
We also enjoyed couple bakery items and they were top notch. Next time we travel through Chippewa Falls we will be stopping here again!

We got to the Lienekugel Brewery tour early so they recommended lunch at Lucy’s. I had the chicken salad and my friend had the rueben. We picked veggies and dill dip and potato salad for our side dishes. Everything we ate was super delicious. We did have a bit of a wait for ordering and our food, but delicious food is always worth waiting for. Completely LOVE this place!

Great staff. Wonderful food. If you are a local you’ll be hard pressed to go in and not run into a half dozen people you know. A quick lunch turns into a gab session or a work meeting.

Lucy’s is far more than just a sandwich shop, although they make great sandwiches
You can also get salads and wraps, as well as quiche and soups, breakfast items and deserts, as well as a glass of wine or a beer. Their menu changes every month, so there is always something new to try
What impresses me the most is their commitment to scratch preparation. They have a rock star quiche — completely cooked but velvety smooth and not overcooked wit a flaky tasty crust. Potato salad with capers and dill — no prepackaged generic salad, but made on site and unique to Lucy’s. Wheatberry salad. Great fresh bread
And the coffee is good also, and they can pull a shot of espresso
They close at five, so this is definitely a breakfast and lunch place. And a place you should not miss

I only give it four stars because this is my first time and I can only speak for one item on the menu, but I ordered the Southwestern wrap and it was AMAZING! I will definitely come back again and again. Expect a long line. The only «issue» we had is we have never been there before so it took a while to figure out what we want as we waited for the single file line to move, and felt «rushed» by people who’ve eaten there before and know what they want. Food portions are JUST RIGHT!

I wasn’t in town long however I decided to try a cute little spot in Chippewa Falls to grab a bite to eat & Lucy’s did not disappoint. I tried their fall item «Apple, Ham & Cheddar» with a Cranberry/​Walnut mix. Different yet very tasty. I would definitely come again when I am in town.

Terrific diner with fresh and creative sandwiches and salads. I disagree with previous reviewer that the salads are small — they are a huge dinner plate full, and if you get a half-​sandwich plus salad, or a soup and salad, will also get a large salad. Their pastries are the real killer –so save room for a dessert such as peanut butter frosted brownies. The soda selection is excellent. Great service, with a smile.
