I can only give one star because zero isn’t an option, their service department is horrid. They have lost track my motorcycle three times while it was in for service (once for almost a week). They have misdiagnosed problems with the bike twice. I would not darken their door ever again and would recommend you avoid this place as well. I can’t speak for the sales end of this dealership, but can tell you that there are several great motorcycle service facilities in the Chippewa Valley, unfortunately, as a Yamaha owner, I have to say that this in NOT one.
