I booked a room here again as I have an event at Hazelden this weekend but after a week of sitting with this situation I thought this was a bad idea. I called five times on two different days before someone answered the phone so I could cancel my reservation. The woman on the phone had no manners, was not professional in any way, told me to hang on while she walked 2 blocks to get to the computer to cancel my reservation and was rude at the end. I will be checking my credit card to make sure this was cancelled after this weekend. It is very apparent that several families live here as I could hear all kinds of kids screaming in the background! Don’t waste your time or money here.
