I would like to warn perspective tenants, looking for subsidized apartments in chittenango n.y. very unprofessional staff and management company known as Belmont Management. Tenants residing there should be in Nursing Homes. Bolivar apt. Building smells like you are in a «Outhouse». Some tenants, urinate or/defecate on floors of the community halls and elevators. If you are looking for a clean, safe senior/disabled housing… please, for your health and safety reasons look elsewhere. Improper snow removal or/if at all. Many present and past tenants have fallen and severely hurt. Managenent does not clean the HUMAN/BIOHAZARD WASTE FROM THE HALLWAY FLOORS AFTER SOMEONE, WHO FAILS TO WHERE THEIR DIAPERS /NEEDLESS TO SAY… IT IS SICKENING «THE SMELL» IN THAT BOLIVAR LANDING APARTMENTS
