Good quality work but their customer service is non-​existant. I have placed several orders with on behalf of the MG Car Club of CNY since I took over regalia. They consistently do the orders at the last minute, missing written deadlines and resulting in my making last-​minute multiple trips to Chittenango (1 hour of driving each way). They misrepresent their capabilities until you expect them to do what they said they could do. After all that, I spoke to the owner and he said that it wasn’t worth the effort for 7 hats. But I ordered 7 adult hats, 6 youth hats and 6 polos on that one order. I also placed orders for 250 metal dash plaques and 43 screen-​printed t-​shirts. But apparently our business is not worth his effort.
